OH ... the purple number at the bottom of the VC is the possible Bonus number of Studs you will earn if you achieve a majority lynch. 100 per active valid vote at the time of a hammer.

 

You did read the rules, right?

 

 

 

And the current number of available Studs is how many you actually have available to spend - probably. Someone could have already sent a request in.
