The Dragonmount.com privacy policy describes how we use and store data that we gather from you in order to provide you with products and services. Though the information provided here is accurate as of the date that it is posted, and we do not intend to change the policies described herein, it should not be considered a representation or relied upon in making any decision to use the services or purchase any products, and creates no agreement between Dragonmount.com and its users.

Your privacy is critically important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available in our footer and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Dragonmount.com website. If you register for a free membership account we gather your email address, a username of your choosing, a password of your choice, and other optional information such as your name, age, and gender. Most information gathered is optional. 

 

On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are: Name, Address, Email address, and Phone number. For store transactions, Credit/Debit Card Information is collected but is sent directly to established third-party vendors such as PayPal and Stripe.com who process the transaction. Dragonmount.com does not receive or store your Credit/Debit Card numbers at any point.

Log Files

Log files are maintained and analysed of all requests for files on this website's web servers. Log files do not capture personal information but do capture the user's IP address, which is automatically recognised by our web servers.

The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. Credit card numbers are not stored in our servers in any capacity. We parter with 3rd party vendors to validate and authorize credit card transactions. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You can register with our website if you would like to receive our services as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

How To Delete your Private Information

If you would like to delete your Dragonmount.com account, please contact us using our Contact Page. Please note that if you have a purchase history with us, we must maintain that transactional information for up to seven (7) years. In those cases, if you would like to remove your account, we will disable your account, remove it from public view, anonymize your email address  information (username, etc) while keeping your transactional records privately intact. No Credit/Debt card information is ever stored on Dragonmount.com.

Cookies

This website does not store any information that would, on its own, allow us to identify individual users of this service without their permission. Any cookies that may be used by this website are used either solely on a per session basis or to maintain user preferences. Cookies are not shared with any third parties.

Our Commitment to Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by emailing our staff. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

IPS Spam Defense Service

In order to better prevent spam, and to help ensure only authentic users register for our services, we have implemented the IPS Spam Defense Service. The email address and IP address of each registering member is passed to the service to determine the likelihood a registering account is a spam source. Data from accounts determined not to be spammers are permanently deleted within 48 hours. Data from accounts determined to be spammers may be stored indefinitely to create a block list.

The IPS Spam Defense Service passes the email address and IP address of the registering member to the service to determine the likelihood a registering account is a spam source.
