Its setup for 17 min.....balancing and the such.....IM not sure 13 will be enough....message the crew on JN @dicetosser1 see if you can drag anyone over.....better yet maybe i should ask @Nynaeve too......her "power of persuasion" methods are much nicer  better then yours!!!
