Who is your favorite Villan?

We're all in the "evil" social group, so I know we all have to enjoy a good villan now and again. Who is your favorite, and why??

I love Bellatrix. She is so mad and fanatic. In WoT I like Graendal and Moridin. Loke is a great villain in the Marvel movies.

I'm a big Red Versus Blue fan and like Omega/O'Mally.

My favorite bad guy of all time is probably Cole Turner from the Charmed TV show. He is motivated by love, but can't quite seem to stay good, much as he tries.
