Her tone was off on that post.  It reads as someone who was trying to make up for missing vital information.

 

As mafia you get vital information from the QT, and there is just as much reason for town to miss vital information and want to make up for it as mafia.  So basically it comes down to her tone being awkward.  If she forgot about an entire mafia game, I would certainly hope her tone was awkward.:P

 

Conclusion: Not worth looking into.  Your suspicion seems fairly innocuous or well-intentioned.

So yeah, hard to get excited when it's just you and Nyn even bothering to play.  Bunch of others too busy playing other games or looking for subs.

Convenient reaction just as people are starting to show up. He's currently playing in a game on JN that is lagging twice as much as this one and he doesn't seem to mind. He tried to sow doubt around me jailing him and then he throws his hands up in the air and leaves, saying he won't give any reveals to try to scare us off from lynching him. He also says he won't be back till after deadline.... not even throwing in an alternative lynch so he'd have zero accountability if we mislynch. Clever! He even leaves his vote on Rand even though he openly admitted that it was a scare crow vote or w/e....

 

If he gets close to him getting lynched and he doesn't reveal then the few question marks left about his alignment are pretty much gone in my eyes.

 

This post reeks I'm not buying it. It's designated to cower us into moving on to someone else. See it for what it is, guys.

YOLO basically. I was like 90% sure I was going to be the N1 nightshot as per the new trend. Can't jail myself, sadly. I didn't have much of town leans and NoBob seemed like the scummiest person in the game after I looked into him. After recent developments I do have a couple of town leans that I won't reveal..... so I'm afraid scum is gonna have to guess where I'm gonna use my gifties next ;)

I'd like to take the opportunity to FOS anyone who tries to play it out like Notbob and I are old army buddies. I've been chatting with Notbob exactly TWO weeks. I've played with him two games on DM. He's a cool guy and all but I don't really know him that well yet and I have zero experience with him as scum. The two games I've played with him he was town. So, yeah, glad we got that one detail cleared up.

 

Mynd, I can't even begin to understand why you'd think that. But here's a solution for you. I honestly believe that Notbob is going to flip scum. He hasn't said anything to change my mind since I voted him. If nothing he's only been reinforcing it. So lets lynch him. He flips scum and then you can spend some time trying to figure out why I'd claw my alleged teammate to death. And on the small chance of him flipping town, it also completely refutes your theory.

 

Bottom line is, you couldn't be any more wrong.

Why is everyone acting like the trivia gift is the only gift in the entire world? lol   There are obviously multiple gift possibilities in the game, so get with the program. I kinda wish Mynd wouldn't have said what it was, but that's in the past. Then again, I might have gotten more than one gift. Suffice to say I'm packing some really good stuff. IE, scum bring it on

If you are town, how is this in any way helpful? You have information that might stop yourself from being lynched, but you aren't sharing because you want to pout about activity level instead?

 

Bold - doesn't even happen all the time in super active games.

 

Re: lazy lynch - I understand the thread was dormant for a little, which can be frustrating, but did you even consider that you revealing what you know could make it busier again? A 'lazy lynch' is made a lot easier by there not being any extra information put out there.

As an added note..... my giftie involved me jailkeeping Notbob. There was no kill. So either he's the scum who submitted the kill in which case I pwned his ass, either he was the target (which I doubt), or the doc protected right. N1 docs tend to self protect so I'm more inclined to think that I nailed NB's ass. It would make for a more awesome story in any case. lol
