^^^Lmao, I know exactly what you mean =D

Currently, lvl 54, with full Dragonscale armor, and 2 daedric 1hand swords that put out 450 damage each, plus an entire set of Destruction gear that makes even the highest level destruction spells cost 0 Magicka...I one hit everything =(

I got to level 100 in blacksmithing right away by making tons of iron daggers... everything started killing me after that and I had to start sneaking with a bow. Shoot once, hide, wait. Shoot once, hide, wait. It was tiring.

Although I did find a way to trap mammoths and giants so they couldn't reach me and stood still while I shot them repeatedly but I would have to wait for the place to fill up again to do it again... I guess that's how I got my skills up again.

So, I tried this game not long after release and got motion sick while playing it, so I had to stop. A week or two back I picked it up again and am chugging through at a slow pace that I slow down even more because, explorer that I am, I periodically break off questing of any sort to just wander around and look at things. I haven't played any of the previous Elder Scrolls games, so I didn't know who or what anything is, nor where anything might be located.

mostly, I'm finding that what others I know who played the game find challenging is easy, and what they found easy is hard. Yes, I'm weird.

Almost level 18 now, playing a sword and board warrior Nord. Currently in the Ratway about to escort out the old dragons are coming guy (I forget his name). It's been a lot of fun thus far. I've particularly liked the sequence to join with the Companions, the original dragon kill, running up to High Hrothgar, and the infiltration of the Talmori Embassy.

http://www.shacknews...s-first-trailer

it'll come to the 360 first, then be released to the PS3 and PC after that. it introduces new (harder) dragons, allows you to delve more into the vampire lore, new customizations and features, addes in a new Weapon (the cross bolt); as well as more Shouts and ability to fight on horse back (thoguh you'll still have to dismount for Shouting)

the story arc is about a Vampire who wants to blot out the sun to rule the land; you can either join his forces or join the Dawn Gaurd (who are a group aiming to stop the vamp from takign out the sun)

this DLC will also take you back to the land of Oblivion as well and its designed differently and mroe expansive than the base game. also, it's noted that this expansion quest is only for characters level 10 and up; the bosses and those you fight are harder, alot harder.

Anyone play Dawnguard yet?

IMO it's not worth the money

The main Dawnguard quest appears to take 5 hours, maybe less, to complete

Completing all the side stuff takes maybe an hour per thing if that

The Werewolf perk tree is really annoying to level up and if you've already cured yourself of being a werewolf you're screwed

A lot of other stuff sucks too but I'm too tired to list them all off atm

Which is there way of saying.. Its simply not playable on the PS3 at this time, cause Bethsoft fails at coding on the PS3. (As far as Ps3/360 multi-platforming goes, You can't make it on the 360/pc then port to ps3. You have to make it, in conjunction with the ps3/360 architecture in mind first. The tricks you have to make the ps3 version to make it work, ultimatley makes it more efficient for all platforms! Making it run at 60FPS on the ps3, will make it run at 65 on the 360.

Course, theres a whole issue of ram with the ps3 version. And Bethsoft, is confortable within Microsfts Bed. (Unfortunately, even though they started on the PC.)
