Not the poo brown colour, but the Times New Roman font I'm seeing! ;) So it's half good and half bad I guess *g*

My olden days arn't very olden compared to some of y'all...I barely had joined when 6.0 became the temp boards...which were so much fun!!!  I like the new ones..they have more of that kind of closeness...

The class I ran so I could get raised was on a Bravenet board too.

I remember Times New Roman, cascading threads (I liked the look even if they were severely impractical) and pretty buttons that looked like slabs of ancient marble, that you clicked on to post new posts ;)

i joined just before the WT made the ajah boards public and novice got penences...it was so nice to have the WT all together! lol! lots of fun....and if it weren't for a certain penence by one Kynwic for filling in the moat with sand corki and i wouldn;t have met :D i seem to remember we had to dig it out again with tea spoons....so much fun!!!!

Arie honey, how can you remember the bravenet boards?  I'm pretty sure that you joined right after I did, and we both joined right before the death of DM 5.0.... though mebbe we moved back to them very briefly after that death.  Stupid years ago and not remembering! :D

 

And yes, I agree with Taya - cascading and leaves and rank icons that could be hacked if someone on the staff liked you ::whistles innocently::
