It depends if your Taint is feeling well. Scratch at it if it smells funky.

I have a different way of meditating. Instead of clearing my mind and trying to not think of anything (which is as good as telling me not to think about a pink elephant), I take whatever thoughts come into my mind and learn to recognise it, set it aside and move on. Basically not focus on it in an irrelevant way, I do that before I sleep, just to let it wash over me and then file it into a corner. It also helps if you can focus on your breath and a point slightly above your navel. But I never manage to do it for long. After a while my mind starts to wander again. Usually in a very disturbing and slightly worrying direction.

You know Taint also refers to a body part right? We Healers know these things. *weg*

I sleep. And eat. And try to enjoy the moment as much as I can. Life is short and it's been fully reminding me of this fact. So I try to keep it present and mindful. Otherwise, listening to music always helps. Also, when I can, DM.

One of the brightest sparks of my university life passed away this week. Suddenly and unbelievably. I haven't yet started to grieve because I'm still numb from the news. But my heart is broken and I am still unable to process everything. She was a choir mate, someone I went clubbing with and just general ball of energy. I can't understand.... And I can't see her for the last time either because, I recently moved far away from her. So... that's that, I guess....

Oh it IS pretty if I do say so myself. *beams happily*

Tar Valonian (Is that what it's called?) 4) Camigwen Klatsang Marivin: Former Head of the Yellows (Might be retired now, I don't know), Talent: Major Healing I dunno what to do. I think there's a universalness (is that a word? Can I copyright it?) in sadness. It's nice that no matter where we are in the world, how old we are or what we are up to in life we can still empathise with each other. It's been more than 20 years for me. And in that time I've met so many terrible things and people and deaths and what not. I've been lied to, hurt and broken, But then I come back and some one starts a thread like this and it makes me feel less lonely in my grief and then things are better. I had a sad. But so did everyone else. And that made it a lot better. In other words... I WANT YOU ALL TO SUFFER LIKE I DID! MWAHAHAHAHAHHAA. Sorry. Had a mad ashaman moment there. *coughs*

So we have one former Storm Leader and a Shadow'shaman. Exciting. So... what do you want to do? I've got... Stones.

I think the problem here is that there's no actual purpose to the ORG BT. There's no reason that separates us from the other Divs... that's why we all come from other Divs to be here, because we think being in the BT just is as per the books. But we don't promote anything unique. No real difference from other grps. Let's say we change what BT is about. For example, could be the place people come to do something different like debate about stupid things. Or learn about controversies or weird facts about the planet? Or could it be the spiritual centre where we explore topics on increasing our vibrations to the next level and meditation and all that madness. Just wondering if we have explored this sorta thing.
