Ley is always superdefensive. Heck the list of rules in itself is indication of that. I would be shocked if Ley was ever cool under fire.

I think putting him to L-2 was too far for that point in the game. Especially with no deadline(I think).

Basel, did you know your vote put him to L-2? were you not worried he could get blind hammered?

I had miscounted and thought my vote put him at L-3. At that point, I figured him for scum. If he really was scum, then all is good. If he was town, then L-3 would leave him time to claim at a time of day when I could reasonably expect him to be around for doing so.

Basel keeps digging. Lololol

Turin, excellent. No one should know what I'm doing. Ever. :baalzamon:

I certainly do not want to know what you are doing... EVER. So stop posting those pictures on your FB

Oh wow. Looks like Turin gave Basel the perfect opportunity to tunnel his way out with a rope of lies.

LIES AND DECEIT!

How do you tunnel with a rope?

I don't really buy the counted wrong defense.

@Turin: Deadline is a bit more than 37 hours from now.

And yet, I have said AT LEAST one time in the posts between your vote and the one before yours, that I was at either L-3 and L-2. So why would you think I was at L-4 at that point? Yes, yes, I am very happy with my vote on you.

No you didn't have to reveal. I'm not responsible for your bad play.

It's all about you, you and you again.

Now what about addign something of relevance to the game? Scumhunt, you know? What do you think about Via? NotBob? Talya? Basel? Cloud? Csarmi?

Surely you have some opinions?

Yeah sure, I shouldn't have revealed. I should just have let myself get lynched within 36 hours and then see everyone shout at me "why didn't you reveal". That works.

And I don't really get to "thinking about others" if everyone is constantly pressuring me, with or without reason (and you are currently doing it without reason. I claimed cop, and I'm not seeing a counterclaim, so maybe you can give me a few days? Just two or three?).

This is the last effort I'm going to give this. I doubt it will work.

Ley, I understand this is very hard for you to imagine, but it's actually possible that someone is

  • adding thoughts to the game that have nothing to do with you or your actions
  • adding thoughts to the game that are not a direct or indirect attack or pressure on you
  • making an attack in the game that is not directed at you
  • adding thoughts to the game that do concern your actions, but are not directed at you
  • asking you questions without the intent to attack you
This last sentence I quoted is a very good example of your perception being skewed. No one is pressuring you here, no one is attacking you here. Yet you perceive every single piece of gameplay as an attack on you.

Counted wrong, yea right!

For that matter - Ley, what's with you constantly listing "either L-3 or L-2" and such? At any point of the game, the count on you was easy to determine and completely clear. So what gives?

I wasn't exactly sure how many votes there were on me, and I didn't bother going back to check, because I knew it was one of the two. It turned out, in the end, to be the lower one.

I think we have a different perception of "pressure". For me, it means "to get information about someone, for example by asking him questions (which he has to answer) about the game, or letting him give his opinion about players".

I would like to hear a bit more from the following people, as they are very low on post count (6 or less):

Basel Gill (mostly you: you have quite a lot to explain)

NotBob

Darthe (weren't you always pretty active?)

Pral

Dice (3 posts after this long?)

Vote Count

RTE (1): Des

Ley (1):  Darthe

Darthe (1): Lenlo

Csarmi (1): NotBob

Lenlo (1): Csarmi

Basel (4): Ed, Turin, Cloud, Ley

Not voting: Dice, Talya,  Pralaya, RTE, Via,  Basel

With 15 players alive it takes 8 to lynch.

Deadline is Friday 9 PM CET. (GMT +1)

I´m not sure if the summertime mess with my deadline in any way. I think we change to wintertime on Sunday. Anyway, it´s 35 hours and 4 minutes left.

hmm  thought id posted more then that.

anyways  I dont see ley fake claiming cop   just dont see it in him.

am wary of Csarmi due to his "not in danger of being lynched" bit and his late late justification

I cant really whinge about basel as if i dont check a VC i often lose track of exactly how many votes are on someone unless im real close to deadline.

if i voted right now it would be you. But im not completely sold. therefore im holding off.

What is with all the rush to lynch in this game??  Its already made the cop reveal and yet you are still in a hurry

Talk is cheap. Votes are the real thing. If you don't back up your opinion with a vote, it might as well not exist.

There is no rush to lynch and no hurry. But people not voting is not really acceptable at this point.

If you wanna vote me, just vote me. But don't give me this nonsense about "not completely sold". Who would have a firm and final (completely sold) opinion formed on D1? I'll tell you. The scum. That's who.

Csarmi says that a cop view won't work on him on Night 1, why say this? it looks at bit suspicious now that we know Ley is the Cop. I then start thinking they could be working together. a note to keep.

I believe it should be obvious. The pro-town move is to not let the cop waste a view on you. Note that I was also interested in the reactions (nothing noteworthy).

Des says he has reads on Ley and Lenlo

But he doesn't say what sort of reads now does he? I assumed he meant scummy.

Nothing much, in other words. Dice added for my scummy list. I like Talya's recent posts.

@Lenlo - I know you're busy, but care to give your thoughts on what happened so far?

@Ed - what do you think about Turin's play?

@Via - Apart from dividing the players in two groups, do you have any observations to make?

@NotBob - Care to elaborate on why you like Me and Len? What do you think about the Turin/Ed love story?

My vote on RTE was for him ostensibly trying to get Ley modkilled after claiming cop. Just an unbelievably antitown move. Weird that the only other one to say anything about it was Turin.

However, (Unvote) voting Basel seems like the best way to go today. There's ample evidence against him, don't buy that he didn't know the VC (he would have had to know Ley had a lot of votes, if he was worried at all about that he wouldn't have voted him so quick), don't like his response to Turin saying Ley is always over defensive, and he makes a pretty good info lynch I'd say(Dice recently soft defended him).

Incidentally, my vote on Ley was a joke vote as well. I just accused him of what he had just talked about always getting accused of (distancing and defending). I even said he was distancing from "as-yet-unnamed scum", which should have made the joke obvious. Anyhoo, fos to any of the peeps trying to scold Ley for claiming. As Turin and Ley have already pointed out, he was essentially in a no win situation.

But an even bigger fos for those who came out scolding town for running the cop up to claim. Lenlo is the obvious one here, and uberscummy for that move. I think Dice was the other, can't remember.

Also think Talya might have been caught up in a bit of a slip regarding her automatically accepting Let's claim as definite, and not considering that he could be mafia fake claiming.

So Basel, Lenlo, Dice, Talya, and RTE all have a bit of egg on their face imo. Mebbe throw CS on that list as well for scolding Ley bout his claim. And all of it came from running Ley up. So I don't thing things are that bad at all, considering.

Well, if I can survive for a few days, I suppose I could actually end up liking this day one, as you said, too. It's a lot of info.

Was it really uberscummy to call people stupid for doing something stupid?

Im annoyed at how quickly the cop had to reveal, I find people's saying its scummy to call people out on their really quick run up annoying as well, but atleast its a valid reason for fos and such so I can let it pass.

Im good with a Basel lynch and am also good with RTE. I find their crap surrounding Ley, with the not knowing the VC and then the roundabout attempt at modkilling scummy. I also still have a small FoS at Pral for his opening post. unvote vote Basel

Puts him at L-3 if I remember right.
