Multiple threads are absolutely fine.  I think Phelix, Lih-Lyh and possibly Boopsy are around with BT characters so you can always tag them.

I wonder if it's possible to duel another dedicated or maybe practice spar against female aes sedai or any channeler instead since there are v few full ranked ashy around and I'd rather role play a fight instead of a monologue with npc :)

 

ful is not a fighter so I don't plan on him winning
