How long does WIFI get the green pass?  This is game four or five and she had BFG as her mentor last game.  That's not to say that she absolutely needs to be scrutinized at what level we all are, but I'd feel amiss if we didn't give her some more weight now.

I think I'm gonna retract my town lean on Belieber and slot him back to null. Him being out there doesn't make a lot of sense as scum in a general sense, but from what I understand he's not a terrible player and his case on Celeste is pretty terrible - most importantly because I think he's reiterated enough times now that I'm ruling out another reaction test. I appreciate Cass doing the leg work and checking him out in the Star Fox game cause tbh I was never going to.

fwiw, I think Zander's vote felt natural and i don't feel like he was taking advantage of what was going on. The other ones, debatable. Kat and Wifi seem paranoid. But would they be playing off of it? Between the two, Kat not willing to commit and sticking with it looks eh, but i think she struggles early on for reads and maybe she's just letting herself get stuck on the wrong thing, so I'd like to see where she goes from here. Wildfire backing off after dice and, I think also Hallia, chastised her, doesn't bother me. But I didn't like her egging B-dog to vote there before that, it was pretty gross. Sili's vote? I'm not even going to venture a guess. I have no freaking clue.

 

To be clear I wasn't declaring a scum read on each individual in that group just for voting me, just stating that there's ~plausibility of a wolf being in there because of simple probability. I'm not really bothered by Sili's vote and Shander reads fine to me. WiFi is being WiFi as far as I can tell, but I'm beginning to wonder when she's going to get off this crutch of voting people for 'claiming' scum in games when it's been more or less proven in several games that it means nothing. Kat is the new founding member of the AJ fan club. I agree that I'll wait for her to do some other things, but she should probably learn that parking a policy vote on me gives me an easy excuse to push her when I'm scum. It worked for me last game

Well, some of your points against her seemed pretty arbitrary, like derailing the thread when there was nothing to derail except some sexychat, or calling out a derp clear attempt when she claimed that she did know from the start that Zander and I were hydra. I don't have a clue where the second "derailing" comment comes from.

 

Other points were ok. The "ellipse instead of a period" thing is kind of Darthe-esque scum-hunting. Penny does try to pocket people pretty actively as a wolf. "I'm totally harmless" read weird to me too but it's Penny.

 

And generally you're expressing a level of conviction which is kind of beyond the scope of the evidence you've provided, which made me take the whole things as real/faked reaction test more than honest read.

 

This is good. The bold was an especially bad point that he made. The only one he made that had legitimate merit imo was saying that Celeste was attempting to pocket you by throwing out that town read.

 

Generally have a hard time believing he's legitimate with that push but it's gone beyond what I would expect was an attempt to see who would react, etc.

I didn't have an issue with his content as I was reading up. I don't agree with the Cass push but his meta on me was pretty accurate after the Spirited Away game. Sili calling someone's reads generic/weak/easy or whatever without taking account for the fact that there wasn't a ton of a good content to make them on is very Sili like. His approach didn't feel predatory imo.

It has also been proven to be true.  Its not common but it has happened. It is something that I will do at times as im sure you have seen so I cant really whinge at wifi doing it.

I didn't quote this, but later he gives his reads....says Cass can be scum or town trying to get involved. Which seems like a null read to me. Which i guess isn't a huge deal, she literally posted twice up until this point. The first post is just her shaking her booty. The second post is her general impressions. So I would expect him to keep tabs on her and decide which is it?  Instead, minutes later he agrees with Sili that her content seems convenient and fluffy, and votes her. The transition seems wonky to me. No me gusta.

 

 

It's not no opinion -> opinion suddenly. If I had no opinion I would've said null. Her responses seemed fairly pointless and it was noticeable.

The main things standing out are:

 

Hangs back a lot in the beginning of the mash;

Attitude in mash initially more helpful/conversant/questioning than straight-out accusatory. Seems willing to answer questions;

Change in tone later in mash game to more flippant/aggressive, somewhat similar to here;

No post-by-post ISO commentary on any player;

Focuses suspicion on several different players at a time in mash.

 

TLDR:

I see some differences in tone and content but am not sure how much can be attributed to giant mash volume/re-entry to mafia environment. 

The early involvement and quickly accusatory attitude here differs to the beginning of the mash, but could be more an indicator of confidence than alignment given shifts towards end of mash.

The heavy/single-minded tunnel on Celeste seems like nothing seen in the mash.

Well, what you've been primarily doing just seems like you're overly trying to fit in and the recent posts haven't really convinced me of anything.

 

Questions like "How serious is the policy lynch?" "Why is applying pressure a bad thing?" What kind of answers are you actually expecting here? Just comes off as if you've been prodded and now are overly defensive. 

 

You vote Sili for not answering your questions they're not really questions of substance and to me it comes off as more of a panicked retaliation than a genuine scum read.

 

I'm fine keeping my vote where it is.

 

 

Are those the specific posts you have problems with?

 

FYI I get crap for my question style in every game I've ever played. It's null, and I seem unable to change so   .  It's not about fitting in, it's about getting people to put thought processes on record so there's more for me to analyse. 

 

Eg.

"How serious is the policy lynch?" - Kat's response to this wasn't straight out and the logic adds up imo. The fact that I can understand the reason for her vote, coupled with the fact that she didn't try to push it onto anyone else/longer than was logical means I can worry about that vote, on our quickest/largest train to date, less for now.

 

"Why is applying pressure a bad thing?" is not something I said.

If you look properly at the questions, I'm focusing on WiFi and her meta as per Sili's opinion, and seeing if there was a logical reason for him to think me commenting on something of hers I found odd was wolfy. His responses give me nothing. 

 

I voted him for not commenting on anything beyond a stance he formed on my second post, and for not investigating/giving explanations/being cooperative, and that'll do for now    .

I knew your vote meant nothing. Kat/Wifi wagoned me for policy lynch reasons. Tiink does not have that reason because he wasn't in any of those games that they are voting me over except for like the last two phases of the last one.

 

It's not a perfect theory, it's just a matter of probability. I am town, 5 different players have voted me by now. Simple math dictates that not all of those players are town too.
