The Hunger Games Mafia [Advanced] Game over! Town and TG wins!

The week in Capitol had been like a strange dream. All the people, the training, the other tributes. Right now that dream had turned into a nightmare. This was the day. This morning you'd all been taken to the arena. Right now you're standing on a small metal platform in a room underground. A glass tube decends from the ceiling and shut you in. A voice, devoid of feeling, counts down. "10... 9... 8..." Your heart is beating hard, your breath is echoing in the small, closed off-space. "6... 5... 4..." A scream threatens to break out, you hold a hand in front of your mouth to keep it in. "3... 2... 1". The platform starts rising up. You can't breathe. It's completly dark around you. "This is it", you think. "Now I'm gonna die."

Suddenly you're blinded by light. You've reached the surface. As your eyes adjust to the sudden light, you see the other tributes around you. 23 other tributes. They're all blinking against the light. Your instincts scream "Run!". But you know you can't move before the signal comes. In front of you lies the Cornucopia, filled with all sorts of things. Your body tenses, you see a screen on the Cornucopia, counting down. You realize that you're on TV right now. From now on, everything you do will be entertaintment for the audience. Around you the other tributes are tensing up. Everyone has their eyes glued to the numbers counting down.

Then... The signal. You force your body into motion; jump off the platform and head towards the Cornucopia. You manage to grab a backpack lying to the side. With that in your hand, you run as fast as you can manage. Towards the edge of the forest, away from the fighting. The air is ringing with the sound of screams, and you can smell blood. In front of you, a young boy, he can't be much older than twelve, gets hit in the arm by an arrow. You can't help him. All you can do, is try to save yourself. And so you keep running.




Rules:
1. NO BAH-POST. After you die your body will be removed from the arena immediatly.

2. This is a hammer game. Once a majority is reached, a lynch is achieved and further votes or unvotes are not counted.
Votes must be red and bold. Unvote before making a new vote. You may not vote no-lynch or self-vote.

3. No editing of posts!

4. A high level of activity is expected by the mod. The means you must post at least one game-related post every 24 hours in Daytime,
or a total of 3 game-related posts during Daytime. If you cannot keep up that activity, you will be punished.
In the Hunger Games, you post or you die.

5. No direct quoting of communication with the Mod; this includes screencaps or
posting the link to your I.D. card. Feel free however to paraphrase or lie.

6. Role claims and district claims are allowed, character claims are not. This means you're allowed to say "I'm a chocolate from District 42",
but not "I'm a chocolate and President Snow". Mass claims are not allowed. Don't even think about it.

7. Read all scenes. There might be a pop quiz.

8. If a majority is not reached by deadline, two random players will be killed, and no coroners report given.

9. Please send all night actions in your role PM, or in a QT if you have that.
Questions about the game should be sent in your role PM or your QT.
All night actions will happen at day break; it does not matter at what time during night they are sent it.

10. Days will be approx. 72 hours, night 24, if a deadline falls on a weekend it might be extended. No promises.
Remember the mod is on European timezones(GMT+1), so deadlines will be in the evenings my time.

11. No talking about the game outside the gamethread, designated QTs or PMs with the mod.

12. Play nice; it's a game, not a barfight. If you feel someone steps over the line from gameplay to personal, contact the moderator.

"Welcome! Welcome, welcome, welcome... To the 74th annual HUNGER GAMES! We are your hosts, Claudius Templesmith to my right here, and I am of course Caesar Flickerman. We are here to guide you through this AMAZING event! Our tributes have just been let loose in the arena, and my oh my do we have some exciting tributes this year... I don't know about you guys out there in the audience, but we are almost shivering with excitement, aren't we Claudius? Yes we are. So, here we are the game has started, and the initial bloodbath was... Suprisingly bloodless this year. All 24 tributes are still alive...! But the day is still young; we'll see how the status is when night falls..."





The game has now started and you are free to post! No deadline has been set yet for D1; but it will go over the weekend.


TG has told me he'll be gone this weekend and next; so now you're all aware of that :) Have fun!!!
