It kills any bacteria in your mouth and throat. If you have a sore throat it will burn like mad, but afterwards it won't be sore anymore, and you'll get over the cold faster. Personally I think it's a miracle cure^_^

Bummer about Rand. Not just losing a powerful role, but I honestly thought Rand would most likely flip mafia, but by pushing a secondary train on someone else we might gain some info on those who were hesitant to vote Rand. The fact that he flipped town kinda made that move useless.

 

And I never had much of a scum read on Rand from his behavior either, it all had to do with the claim for me, I just couldn't see Syrio Forel having that powerful of a role. Oh well /shrug

 

Okay, I have been thinking about this all weekend. Originally I was suspicious of Red 2.0 for her 180 regarding NS after coming back into the game, and thought it meant that she was possibly scummates with him. Then Peace claimed that NS is town. Since Peace hasn't been CCed yet, I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that he is telling the truth. So if NS is town, then that means that Red wasn't covering for a teammate. Logically, this then gives me a town read on Red. (This is presuming Peace's info on NS is accurate, but NS currently strikes me as a townie who just doesn't know (or care, for that matter) how to play effectively.) So I began looking at the people who have been going after Red.

 

To the italics: Since you're basically implying with your post that Peace is a cop, then why should you automatically clear Nightstrike even if you "believe" Peace? You're ignoring the possibility that Nightstrike could be GF, or that Peace's investigation results could have been tampered with or something.

 

Des, this is a majorly scummy bit of selectivity here. You underlined the bits both before and after my part in parentheses, so it seems pretty clear that you didn't miss that part, since you made such a point of skipping around it. You then proceed to claim I ignored the possibility of NS being a GF or Peace's results being wrong for other reasons when the part you were so careful to skip over addressed that very thing. If you are going to claim that someone ignored something, maybe you shouldn't QUOTE THEM TALKING ABOUT IT! FoS. No, wait... make that a HoS.

 

You're right, in that the part between underlined sections addresses the possibility that Peace's viewings might have been tampered with or something. But what it DOESN'T do is address the possibility of NS being a GF. Peace's results, however he might have gotten them, could still be correct, yet NS still be mafia, if that was the case. So you didn't address that part.

 

Regardless, even if one of the points I made about that post isn't quite as strong, I still think the rest of the points stand, especially about you using faulty logic to first try and clear Red 2.0, then proceed to try and discredit those who were suspicious of her, even though you were one of those very same people recently.

 

Guys I have been pushing BG since D1 and nothing he has done this game has been town play. If anyone deserves your votes it is him today, Syrio is a somewhat strange claim but still acceptable. We can use the night to test Rand if he gets 2 of his 4 abilities. This train doesn't make much sense at all and reeks of opportunistic... Hence exactly what I said yesterday.

 

BTW, loving that you completely disagree with me Despo and say it was pingy of me to tell him he was going to be consolidated etc so he should reveal and then you vote him. I realize that you decided against that but you both argued with me and then helped prove me right.

 

I do think it was a bit scummy to direct the town as you did, and try to narrow down the decision for who our likely lynch candidates could be, when the highest lynch candidate still had so few votes on his train.

 

He had quite a few more on him by the time I showed up, and there was less time left, so you can't say I made anywhere near the same decision or action that you did, and a HUGE part of the reason that I ever voted Rand, albeit briefly, was because of his claim, and also partially because of consolidation. But as I said, there was even less time at that point, so I hardly think my vote can be viewed in the same light as your town-directing.

 

At least we both seem to be in agreement that BG has escaped too many lynches this game. I still want to go after Razen, as he is my top candidate for mafia, but something about the way this game has progressed has made me feel like BG is being protected from faster lynch trains by a lot of other hullaballoo going on about nothing.

 

Three hours left.

 

Rand= L-2

 

BG= L-6

 

I will be here for consolidation if needed but please dear god vote BG, he is positive scum with the awful plays at emotion and sneakery. And yes, I am damn well tunnel visioned but he is scum so BG I will tunnel your ass into a fine red mist!

Rand its not just that you are Joat. Some have found you sus for most of the game. For me the timing of your claim was too convienent.

This stood out to me somewhat while catching up- why would the timing seem convenient? He was being bandwagoned with less than 18 hours or so before the deadline... the timing of the claim didn't seem strange to me whatsoever.

You're just now figuring out that's what a JOAT was? You apparently looked it up before and knew it had diff roles on diff nights... why would this not clue you in to Jack of all Trades if you apparently knew what that role was, just not the acronym?

Have you somehow lost track of what it means to be a GF? I mentioned Peace's viewing being inaccurate, that would include GF because GF means that Peace wouldn't get an accurate result. By definition, is NS is a GF, then Peace's result would not be correct. So how do you continue to say that I didn't address this? I didn't spend much time on it because I don't consider it likely, but I did bring it up.

If NS was a GF, and IF Peace did view him, and got back a result of town or not antitown or w/e, then his result would NOT be inaccurate. The GF's ability makes him read as town when viewed, it doesn't alter the accuracy of the cop's viewings.

 

Either way, that argument is semantics. Why are you so focused on that part of my fos against you Basel, when you continue to ignore the other points? Feel like you'll have a better chance at defending yourself if you ignore the more difficult points to respond to?

No, from what people were saying, all I inferred was he got to use a different role each Night. You can see one of my posts asking if it was only four because that is what someone had mentioned.

Never heard of the role that I can recall before this. Just used my smarts.

That whole thing is still confusing =/ IMO better to leave it alone. Mod confirmed confirms others somehow? It is a good position for town and so long as we find mafiaz then it can wait to be tested.
