I have to say I'm lost in this, but I do feel for Red who has put a lot of time and effort into this game. I was feeling like I just wanted out, because I had no idea what was going on, who was who as so many people had been swapped out.

 

The reason that this is so slow is that Dm down caused us problems, it is very large and so scares some people and it does make it hard to keep up. Plus there are some that are very inactive which also kill the game!

 

So I had a look at the votes and those dead from the first page.

 

Now from Memory and that I have the following (please feel free to correct me or add things I have missed)

Of those I think there could be about 2 on each team. now the good thing for us townies is that having two teams out there means for them to win, they have to have a majority as I can't believe they are in communication together (after all it was the Ministry that killed Voldy). So we have quite a bit of time!

 

There are a few that I feel are not helping the game at all. They hardly ever vote let alone say anything on here!

 

My candidates are for this would be:

I was making the same list of mafia folks the other day when the kids called me away.  Rose was an usurper.  Does that mean she was actually on the team or just knew who voldy was and was trying to boot him out?

That's right, she was Severus Snape....  I think Red said a usurper had the goal of taking out the head of the mafia, and if they succeeded in that, assumed the position as new godfather or whatever.  I think that's what it was. >.>

 

Also, Nae (Rita Skeeter) was an Anti-Town Framer, right?

 

One more thing about your list, Talya, Taei is in the mason group with Boopsy and Crusher, she's Hermione. :)

 

 

 

About inactives, I don't remember hearing much from Wolfie, as well as the others.  Lia has told us she's a PR-giver, so we know she's at least participating in the game, since someone's had a PR every day as far as I can remember (though there have been a couple others every day, too, I believe).  She claims to be a town PR-giver, and I think Nae did point out (or it may have been someone else talking about Nae's game) that she had a role in her Princess Bride game that handed out PRs, but if it was Nae who said that, maybe Lia's not actually town after all.

 

She hasn't contributed much, either.

I could personally see a PR giver going either way... In fact, I believe I've seen it on both sides in different games. It all depends on the mod and where Red/Ed/Sarah felt like placing powers (depending on who did what).

I came out awhile ago, I'm one of the Weasley Twins and we share the PR-giving power. If y'all end up being convinced to lynch me or my Twin, I'll reveal the Twin so you can NOT lynch them the next day, k? ;)

 

I"m sorry but the super quick days and nights has thrown me off. It is not so easy to participate in a game that is 141 pages long without having some time dedicated to read it and read it well. I just spent 2.5 hours reading the Suras game ;)

 

None of my PR's have been malicious, nor designed to make a player look guilty. They have been fun and one or two times I didn't get one submitted which means there is another PR-giver out there. The last PR I gave was to Wombat, making him pretend to be a Secret Agent with a Theme song ;)

 

As for my voting? I'm pretty sure there was several times when I would have voted but the majority was already reached, and voting on a majority is just stupid, or it was already night. Especially since the deadlines have been cut. Not to mention DM going down for a stupid amount of time. : )

Heh, I did forget that you "came out," Lia. :D  I don't really remember much about what you said then or anything, but at least it doesn't sound like news and it does sound familiar.  Too easy to forget that kind of thing when someone isn't too active, no matter what the reasons for it are. :D

 

It would be nice to know who everyone is, but then again mass character reveals can break a game.

 

I do like the idea of mentioning inactives by name in a post, one at a time, because that could draw their attention to actually comment and remark on something.  I know that if someone posts something longish, I first skim it for my name and THEN read it through.  Names do catch eyes and attention.

Well granted, I came out about 120 pages ago so... :P Lots has happened in the meantime, but I was sort of forced to reveal because of Aemon.

 

I just catch up when I can, if I"m quiet for awhile it's usually because I haven't been able to catch up to the newest post, to post my thoughts. And I don't like doing it in the middle of a re-read because you never know if there is some kind of requirement to post something your next post and if you don't you die, or if it's just extraneous and it looks bad you beating a dead fish.

I can't remember you coming out Lia, but I could have missed it. I'm glad you think the PR's were funny, but it nearly ruined the game for me. They were a bit pathetic and stopped the flow iof the game, especially when given to the more active players. If you were town, maybe giving it to the inactivesn would have been better! Sorry, but they did annoy me, but at least you got a laugh out of it! Great for you but no one else!

 

If I get one again, you are on the lynch block tomorrow for causing trouble to the game, and you don't benefit it by doing it!

 

As for the quick days, they have only just happened, so how do you explain not voting when we had about 5 or so days for one game day! Thats not the best excuse! We all have to try and catch up best we can, and are all busy else where as well!
