:o Oh my geeze! Either Mafia is really lucky or they have some kind of information, because Amadine didn't say much and neither did Aust, so that leads me to believe they had to have information of some sort. Does the mafia side get some sort of daytime finder role or something??

Actually, I think Boopsy is right. I think all this business with Wombat is distracting us from the mafia. The same goes for the whole thing with Boopsy and Min yesterday. The mafia have likely been lying under the radar, for the most part, since all this other stuff is going on.

 

Adella, the mafia will often kill people who haven't posted or voted much on Day 1, because it makes it impossible to tell who they are.

He did say he was cursed. But again, Why did he reveal that he was cursed? That just tells everybody he has a role, but not what it is. It sets himself up as a half-powered target. The only reasons I can see for doing that is because he was forced to (I don't know how or why) or maybe he is setting himself up for the NK. Maybe he's a bomb trying to draw someone out. I honestly don't know. The whole thing with Al and Wombat doesn't make sense to me, but I'll hold off on my vote for now.

 

Actually AJ did a goof thing. Pretty much everyone has a role, some maybe passive actions (Doublevoter etc) and some may be active, like having to send in a night action. AJ just told us there is a role that can curse players and reduce their ability to 50%. Since the word curse was used I am assuming it is a mafia role, but it may be beneficial to us. If the curser, curses the sk, their nk ability is reduced down to 50%, the same may be true if it is used on the godfather of the mafia.

 

It is a major loss that we have lost the finder and the watchman, I am assuming in a game this size however, we may be lucky and have a back up finder, or another finder of somesort.

So, either Wombat is trying to hint that he's one of those boys-turned-into-jackasses from Pinocchio or he is Eeyore. The specific hint he gave made me think of Pinocchio myself.

 

However in the Wikipedia entry about Eeyore it says: "He has a poor opinion of most of the other animals in the Forest, describing them as having "No brain at all, some of them", "only grey fluff that's blown into their heads by mistake" (from chapter 1 of The House at Pooh Corner)."

 

Sound much like his post restriction anyone?

 

And I agree with Dsworn, I think Al Jenn helped us out...he let us know there is an ability out there that can curse people and reduce whatever they can do to 50%. Whether the curser is Town or Mafia or Solo? Who knows.

Like whoever said Talya.. if I was attempting to lead a lynch on you I'd have voted for you. :-*  Nice try cupcake but you are getting a bit defensive over something when no one even voted for you yet.  That's very unlike you and just raised my suspicion even more.  You claim you totally overlooked the 3 or 4 people pointing out the needles and the deathscene about it but you corrected those saying needles with your apples theory more than once.  You are too good a player and I'm not stupid.  I'm not falling for your "overlooked" theory... especially in light of how strongly you are defending yourself when all I did was question it.

I think Lily has a bunch of finding roles in the game. She can be inventive and I am sure she was. Given my role I will say she was.

 

Since Al Jenn didn't do a role reveal in any way, which would lead to a curse of losing your powers or having them reduced, I would say we have a witch who can curse people. My guess would be the Witch Queen from Snow White. She lost her poison apples to the mafia, so she is cursing people. Just an idea. She was the first one who came to mind.

Maleficent would be the one responsible for the needle. After all she used it on Sleeping Beauty. Dang I wish I had gotten that role!!!!!! Sorry, she is well one of my favorite Disney characters outside of the 100 Acre Woods. She can turn into a Dragon need I say more.

If Wombat was targeted it could be any number of things too. I wish we knew what was up with that.

 

Maybe Talya is playing forgetful because she is the one who used the needle on Piglet. Oh, and Talya I think you over reacted too and you are a better player then that. I am not defending Naeann, just stating what I see and feel.

Okay, we either have 2 mafias or a mafia and a sk on our hands. I vote for 2 mafias personally with a game this size.

I was actually thinking Vig/SK. Since is this Rumple person (not familiar with much Disney, sorry. Is it sleeping beauty? So, it would be the witch then?) kills again, this is their signature. That is what I thought anyways.

Anyways....We think Min has a finder type of role.  Probability that she was protected by the healer.  Figuring 2 mafia teams and at least 1 SK type.  The question is does Wombat have a protection, or a deflection?  Either way it alerts him somehow and either addles his brain(PR) or he's just goofy. 

 

I get the feeling he's trying to tell us something through all the gibberish.....but, what?

I have a feeling that both mafia teams would have figured that the healer would protect either Min or Boopsy, and thus went for different targets that they wouldn't waste their night kill on. And I still think they had some sort of a finder to get both the cop and nightwatcher on the first day when neither of them hinted to anything of the sort! *is kinda confusing herself*

Maybe Wombat has a post restriction? He says to say something about being killed? I actually thought he was just joking in his first post, but now that he's said something twice with no explanation...

 

I'm not sure about this Al Jenn theory. I think it's more likely someone had some kind of ability to reduce his role (probably a mafia ability).

 

I didn't reveal anything about my role aside from the fact that I have one. I honestly think everyone in this game has a role. Mine good be powerful or really weak who knows.

 

I thought that the information was valuable to the town, that there is someone who curses out there. To the best of my knowledge I'm not related in any way to either Aust or Amadine.

The Cobbler, "Village Idiot", or Jester has the objective of convincing the town to kill him, or is required to vote in favor of all proposed lynchings. Sometimes, successful lynching of the "Village Idiot" results in the mafia being able to kill two people that night.

 

Typically a 'Jester' is a solo winner who wins when he gets lynched. I don't think Wombat is this. I think he is hinting at being Pinocchio himself. He is an altered version of a lie detector. I know Lily hates those things but it makes sense from the movie when he lies his nose grows and he started becoming a donkey at one point in the movie. I'm surprised actually that Lily would put such a role in the game, I think it probably has many augmentations from a 'lie detector' but still...

 

Aside from all that the only person who I have seen hint at something is Talya, I'll post when I puzzle something out.

Or, it could be that he is in fact making us think he might be a Solo Win, or one of those crazy roles, so that we don't lynch him because he is scum.

OH! And since I'm stretching my neck on the chopping block for mafia when night comes anyways, I would like to bring up a suspicion from day 1 that I kept quiet on, throwing it out there for discussion..

 

Min said she knew for a fact that Boopsy was not scum, assuming she wasn't lying on this one, Boopsy didn't defend her back.. I'm wondering, with their knowledge and half reveals, if, on top of any other role they might have, they might also be a "sibling" type pair.. On the wiki it says that a lot of the time one is town and the other is mafia, so if they knew they were siblings (which I hear sometimes they don't) then Boopsy wouldn't want to reveal Min as scum, but also wouldn't want to say she was a townie, because if she DOES get lynched he would die too... This is a lot of assumption, but just things I was thinking.

 

My previous post is purely based on fact though, so don't disregard that one because if my speculation in this post.
