You underestimated how linearly I think. Always been a flaw of mine but this time it worked out to my benefit

I said I couldn't guarantee balance, because I did not have anyone officially balance check it - I think it was pretty good overall, the word that came to mind was "swingy".  Things could have gone so very differently based on player choices, and I'm so happy that you guys made it a relatively close game.   

 

There was some excellent play, and that was fun to watch.

 

Black Tower points will be awarded for any social group members who played, because that's a thing we keep saying we're going to do since all mafia games were moved to the main boards.

@Songstress I know I didn't have an opinion when you asked, but I'm used to the traitor knowing who the mafia is or mafia at least knowing there is a traitor they have to find. Not sure if that would have fit with your theme though. I haven't read the book.

There are so many variations of the traitor/symp role, it was hard to decide which version would be the best. 

 

One of the more entertaining versions I've seen had the symp able to view the mafia QT but not post there.  It can be very fun to watch them try to signal their teammates in the game thread.
