Just so you guys know, I'm still waiting on a couple of night actions, and at this point it is more likely that the scene will be posted when I get home from work tomorrow afternoon (4 pmish eastern American time). I might post in the morning if I have them by them, but I really can't think straight when I first wake up

Your "logic" and case essentially boils down to "i'm right and your scummy because I claim it to be so, therefore you must be scum". You have attempted to lead this entire game and people have sheeped you. Look where it has gotten the town. Whether I am lynched or not is irrelevant to me so long as it finally outs a scum. You may as well vote for yourself the instant I flip. You have killed enough town.

I only killed one, however it saved the claimed cop sir your arguement is invalid I have not led this game, it was wombat that led turin's train I only joined the train to prevent a repeat of day 1

Nyan looked around, making sure she couldn’t see anyone, and then let her pokemon out. Squirtle stood and looked up at her, waiting for her instructions. With a deep breath, she knelt down.

“Ok, here’s what I think we should do tonight....” She explained her thoughts to her pokemon, and told Squirtle whose pokemon to use Protect on. Squirtle nodded and scampered into the swirls of smoke. Nyan sat back, hoping she was protecting the right person.

 

Squirtle walked on all fours to try to draw less attention, occaisionally standing up to look around in all directions. It was hard to find any other pokemon in this mess, let alone the right one. Still, he kept searching. Nyan said to Protect--What was that? Squirtle stood up and looked around. Was it who he was looking for? He was so intent on who Nyan had said to protect that he didn’t even think of using it to defend himself. He turned around to look the other way. With his back turned, he didn’t see the glint moving towards him until it was too late.

 

Nyan’s thoughts tumbled around in her head, each trying to defeat the other. Who was who they said they were? Was she protecting the right person? Or was she mistakenly protecting a member of Team Rocket? She just didn’t know.

As occupied as she was with her thoughts, she jumped when Mistress Heart’s voice rang out.

“Time to go back to your pokeballs!!!”

Nyan sat up and waited for Squirtle.... And he didn’t come. Nyan stood up. Maybe he’d just gotten turned around.... But Nyan knew, with dread welling up inside her, that he had chosen wrong. Her legs began to shake.

“Pidgeot! Clear the Hall!”

When Nyan saw Squirtle, she dropped to her knees. He was lying on his back, balanced on his shell. Whatever had hit him had gotten him before he’d had a chance to Withdraw into the shell... Nyan looked down at her hands, her head feeling like it was filled with smoke like the hall had been.

When she looked up, Alakazam was already standing over Squirtle.

Mistress Heart’s voice rang out “Not Team Rocket!”

Nyan just sat staring at Squirtle.

“Nyan...” Mistress Heart said “you can put him back in his ball now.”

Nyan shook her self and stood unsteadily. “Squirtle, return”

She walked over to the chairs and collapsed into a vacant one.

 

Nyan, Trainer of Squirtle, League Doctor, has been knocked out of the competition.

 

It is now Day 4. Deadline is in 72 hours.

I hate my life. I'm the worst Cop ever. Lynching me would be lynching a vanilla at this point.

 

Whoever is sending in kills thinks like I do cause I viewed Nyan.

 

I'm going to give EP the benefit of the doubt and trust him that he is a redirector right now and assume town because I've gotta trust something.

 

Vote Wombat cause he's the one that always seems to be able to predict my NA's in all the games I've been in.

He was very prominent in the Turin lynch, and for me there was no way he looked like scum. That, coupled with Taltos' extremely dodgy play in the time he was playing leads me to think this is the best option.

just about every time I play with wombat this is the case. But leading the lynch on Turin at so late a time, possibly under the guise of avoiding a random (which it seems most people dislike) leaves me thinking he is scum, quite a bit, especially because his vote (then Nolder's) really started the lynch mob on Turin. Right now in a game with very few leads Wombat seems the obvious choice.

 

I just don't know if scum would act so near-blatantly. I mean this was a pretty expected reaction if Turin flipped town, which he did. The action just seems to obvious to me to be scummy. To be honest I think more blame might just be attachable to Nolder because until Nolder's vote came in it was 2 for roo, darthe and Turin. So my conclusion right now is either that wombat is a very stupid mafia member or Nolder is mafia for jumping on a Town train and riding it home.

 

What do the rest of you think of this? For the most part my theories seem to get blown away by others but for now.

I think that makes a lot of sense actually. I was looking for discrepancies on the Turin lynch and as you say Wombat was the obvious one. I will look again at that train later and see what I think, but for now I'll stick with Wombat

Darthe did drop a hint that he had a role yesterday when it looked like he would be the most likely candidate to consolidate onto. I thought that he was trying to claim Doc, but obviously I was wrong, because that's what Nya flipped. Or maybe he thought Darthe was scum, and flipping Darthe with himself could kill mafia?

 

Whatever the reason, I don't trust Darthe's hint at all. It's a very scummy thing to do, drop a hint to a power role and watch as people back off. Nobody would call him on it, because town players would risk getting labeled as scum trying to role fish, and mafia aren't going to mention it as they aren't going to try to draw attention to the roleclaim so that they can NK that person.

Ok just to clarify something, if you go back and read my day 1 conversation with Nya you will realise I figured out she was the Doc with what she told me (hence why I have been saying I knew who the doc was this whole game. Arez's claim threw me for a loop though I wanted to believe Nya but I wasn't 100% sure on Arez

I think it's a little unfair to say you figured out she was a doc, that makes it sound like no one else knew, as far as I remember she revealed pretty blatantly
