Me, I haven't gotten worse than a simple head cold in over five years.  It outright disgusts my family - one of them catches something like the flu they ALL get it, and then I'm the only one still walking around like nothing's wrong.

I am able, through sheer force of will, to get myself back to feeling good any time I think I'm starting to get sick. Mind over matter and mucinex, that kind of thing.

 

Medication is bad.

 

Zinc, Vitamin C, and Echinacea are your friends. Herbal immune boosters ftw!

 

Speaking of which, there's a certain green herb which is pretty much a cure-all...

First no sickness would dare attack me. I AM the sickness. Second of all if one WERE to attack me. I would grab it by the face, beat it against some sharp rocks until it was lifeless then feed it to the trollocs until a new string of sickness was made and then throw the trollocs into battle and have them infect as many others as possible

If I feel like I'm getting a sore throat I drink full fat, non-diet, caffiene full cola. I figure that it could proabaly scour away anything making me ill, lol!

in old days double workout to remove all toxins ASAP, then hot shower and sleep for a day.

I drink lots of fluids everyday, but when I catch a cold - eat a lot of fruits, containing vitamin C and cuddle at home. If I cannot stay at home, I use aspirin.

Drinking a lot of fluids, and making sure to get enough vitamin c while also getting enough rest seems to do the trick most of the time :)
