I'm just processing new information Darthe, nothing sinister about it. I'm big enough to admit that when I learn new things, that I need to alter my previous perceptions possibly.

To answer a few people about my vote...what was I supposed to do, I had no idea we could do a no lynch, so couldn't do that, the chances of one of the three being lynched unlikely, there were too many unwilling to move I could go one and it wouldn't have made much difference. I went with someone I thought had been acting suspicious.

As for a No Lynch, you can get info from it, albeit not as good as getting a lynch, maybe not tomorrow but in the future. I don't like no lynches on day one, but as nothing else was going to happen, it was the best we could hope for. As for the claims, they are NOT irrelevant and I think it was Peace that said it, we can use it in the future, you never know what small bit of info that is said now will be useful further down the line. Nothing is irrelevant!

I have never been in a game where the mod gives claims to the mafia, so still trying to get my head round it, personally I don't like it, I like to people to think on their feet, and not have it given to them on a plate. So I don't know what kind of claims the Mod would give, if any,

I'm a bit disappointed with the No Lynch. We did get some info from the players before reaching a majority but we would have gotten the same, albeit different, if we just chose to lynch someone. Now we have a lot of speculation where the mafia could lie it's way out of.

I don't like a no lynch, but from the claims, it seemed better than lynching town.... I don't quite believe Lenlo's claim, but it is possible that Birgitte's in here...

It is entirely possible that Basel is playing around with the Metaplot of the Wheel of time.

After all, the title of this game is "Forsaken in the WT" and the only forsaken I remember being in the actual WT were Messana and Lanfear.

And somehow I doubt he'd call a game "Forsaken in the WT" when he really meant "Just a couple of the Forsaken in the WT"

I agree with this. I think Basel made it clear who the current Amyrlin is, but otherwise I don't think we necessarily know who is here or not.

I mean, yeah, in the book series, there was the situation about Birgitte not being in the Real World until Egwene was amyrlin.

But at the same token, basel could be playing with us in the same way.

Since Suian is here, if the warders are in game I would expect Gareth Bryne to be in the game as well.

So, the list needs to be at minimum:

Nynaeve and Lan

Suian and Gareth

Egwene and Gawyn

Elayne and Birgette

Moiraine and Thom

To make this theory work.  This is just based on the claims that we have had so far.  If you happen to be a warder you probably aren't quite as important and your reveal (during the day) may help legitimize this.  That said, I am not currently pushing for a mass reveal, only that we keep this in consideration.

Advanced does not mean kitchen sink. Not everyone will have an ability in an advanced game and with a series like WoT where a lot of people can be considered major characters, i would expect afew major chars to be vanilla.

With a lay out like this I'd expect masons rather than vanillas. Seems a bit overboard to assume this kind of setup based on two vanilla characters. Not much faith in your setup to be honest.
