From what I have seen, MCS was awfully quite except for his vote, which he gave no explination to.

 

Ed, Nae and Talya are the ones striking me the most, that and all the quiet players.

I understand you all think Naeann poking at Talya seems scummy, but that is how Naeann plays. I have been the object of her poking before. So, those who haven't played with her before I was just stating a fact. I am not saying she is innocent or not.

 

I think I have who Maleficent is narrowed down to a few players. Alanna, Talya, or Red. Just giving out information in case I get nk by her needle. This is purely my gut and I have another I might add to the list.

 

Our deadline is coming up close. I say we ignore Wombat for now. If it is a PR he will be back to normal tomorrow. If not we lynch him tomorrow for being a HUGE distraction and well it is hard to concentrate with his wacky posts.

 

There are so many posts that I am having a hard one trying to pick look into.

So this is very interesting, so many of you have come up saying how me, Nae Verb seem to be the most scummy to them, and yet we haven't a vote on us. (except Min). To me it makes it look like you are, for some strange reasons wanting to put our names out there. Maybe if they are found to be mafia, it might make us look mafia too and they were trying to throw suspicion on to us.

 

Verb, to me hasn't said too much (and I'm ignoring the suggestion that we are in it together) Nae, got it wrong when saying I made an excuseand Over reacted, I can't stand it when people say things that are wrong :P (yes that was tongue in cheek from her post).

 

There have been a few that I feel are more so. Al Jenn, why was he contacting Millon, it should be the Mod who does that. Was he pushing him to vote. He votes on Wombat when things we looking to get a little fresh for Al Jenn? Could well be a noobie mistake that could cost the Mafia team!

 

When Pete started getting a couple of posts, then Wombat and Red jumped on Al Jenn, could they be defending him? And (metagaming - I got him last time because of this) Pete isn't playingb as aggressively as he usually does, he likes to run the game, maybe it's being mafia, he gets worried people will vote for him too easily so plays it low. Plus the vote on Wombat, I really think that a jester (if he is one) isn't top priority at the moment, and certainly isn't going to help too much. Apart from people spend too long discussing Wombat instead of looking at others.

 

MCS comes in and votes, no rhyme or reason. Too many people are being quiet.

While I totally agree with you about this, I think we misunderstood their posts; from what I can tell, Al Jenn didn't contact him off-thread. Million quoted a post later where Al Jenn said *pokes everyone not posting* or something like that, and I think Million was just responding to that post.

 

That said, a bit of advice for anyone new, you never should contact anyone off-thread (unless your role says you can, of course), even if you're just trying to get an inactive person back in the game. Leave that to the mod. This was going on a bit in my game in the Aiel, and I knew it was perfectly innocent, so nothing came of it. But when the rules say no talking about the game off-thread, it means no talking off-thread. Even about something as innocent as poking an inactive player.

 

Hmm. I was a bit suspicious of Al Jenn on Day 1 as well, though he hasn't been pinging me as much today. Just gonna keep an eye on him, for now.

I really hate it when people complain about other players being quiet...not everyone is on at the same time as you ;) They might also not be into posting a bunch, especially gut-posts that one would later regret because they weren't really thinking. I've already seen a few mistakes like that this game and I personally don't want to be one of them :P So please understand that some players have other things to do in their lives, might not be on the same times as you but are still playing the game ;)

 

Hasn't MCS been posting just lynch votes throughout the game? I wonder if it's a PR? I haven't gone back to check this, it just seems like he has been.

 

With all that being said and the fact that the deadline is tomorrow, I think I'm going to go ahead with [glow=red,2,300]Dsworn[/glow] again. If Wombat is a jester we shouldn't be wasting a lynching opportunity on him, we should be trying to find mafia. Dsworn has also been acting quite abnormally than he usually plays and he's been giving me scummy vibes for awhile.

well if you are a jester I want your confusion out of the game. If I were mafia I'd want you around because you seem to be a magnet for the spotlight. I don't have a night action per say to target anyone with.

Alanna is right I didn't "Poke" anyone off thread. It was in response to me talking about the players who aren't active.

 

I understand that people might not be on the same time I am or don't have as much time, but with 27 players I would hope people would still check in and just say I'm here and watching or something simple like that. As it is half of the players have only one to three posts. It makes it really hard to find who is anti-town that way when they could just be lying low. It also makes the people that post and try to figure things out look more suspicious. I mean pretty much everyone who has posted regularly today aside from Adella has been voted on. Where as Dah'mir, Cairos, Player, Sam, Crafty, etc. haven't and I can't justify voting for them either. I know I have seen some of them around and I know that trying to keep up with this thread is taxing, but it also makes it difficult to play this game without everyones input.

 

Talya: I'm pinging your radar, why? And please don't just say "Seems scummy". I'm half tempted just to go into a corner and lurk with my stupid curse *Shrugs*

 

Aside from that we need to work on tracking down the mafia out of this huge mess. With so many powers I expected more people to give us direction. I expect that Pete, Tayla and the other reknown/reputable players have been targeted for night actions. So I'm suspicious as always of all of you.
