Wow. So I read what a cop is but what is a neighborhood watcher? Is this a Lily exclusive?

 

Unless she has tweaked the role, a common "watcher" would be able to identify any night actions (and their source) that target a player they choose to "watch".  There are many variations, and Lily might have chosen one of them, but that is a general description of the role.

 

Edit...ok, she tweaked the role.  ;D

Well, knowing roles there is a role where you can redirect powers. So, if Wombat redirected a power and he redirected it to one of those sleeping then I would say he has come to the conclusion that someone tried to nk him.

 

Okay, we either have 2 mafias or a mafia and a sk on our hands. I vote for 2 mafias personally with a game this size.

watcher ... sounds kinda like a tracker.  where they pick one person and see either who targets them for a night action or who they target for a night action.

 

seeing that it's a neighborhood watchmen, maybe it goes both ways.

 

 

wombat, how do you know someone tried to kill you??  does that mean that there are actually 3 killign roles in this game??

 

i'm hoping that there is atleast a back up cop in this game, it really sucks to lose the cop first off.

You guys generate TWO PAGES about night actions while I'm sleeping? That's just funny. Ironic and funny. As it turns out, some people wanted to reread all your spam before making a decision.  ;D Okay, on to the day... but you're not going to like it......

 

 

As the animated sun rose, and the winds died down, it is another beautiful day in the world of Disney. After taking a quick look around, you see Woody from Toy Story asleep, and you are unable to wake him. Eventually, you also find Piglet tossed under a bush, also sleeping. Next to Piglet, you see a needle – a needle from a spindle, to be exact.

 

Aust, Woody, Cop, is asleep

 

Amadine, Piglet, Neighborhood Watcher, is asleep

 

Day will last until Thursday at 8 PM MST (GMT -7)

With 27 alive, you need 14 to lynch. You can do it!

 

 

Two investigative roles in one night. That's an ouch!

 

 

 

Alright who tried to nightkill me?

 

I was cursed my ability is reduced to 50% for the rest of the game...

Um wow Way uber bad!... So.. We lost our cop and the neighborhood watcher in the night, some one tried to kill Wombat and Al Jenn is limited to 50% of what? Was/is he connected to either of those that died? or what kind of role would cause that?

alright.. I know I just posted but an idea hit me... You know how in RL that some neighborhoods have actual "neighborhood watches".... Like where they pair off and take turns watching for trouble?? (I know this is silly but if you saw Meet the Zohan there is a scene in there)

 

Wouldn't that justify why Al Jenn is now limited if we lost one of the two?

I think they were given the poison apple, I'm sure Lily said something about that. But the spindle is defeinately Sleeping beauty, not Rumplestiltskin, he was the one who weaved the gold and wanted the girls first born baby.

 

ern...not that I know anything about fairytales... >.>

 

I would say thatb Wombat has a role that can tell he was targeted. I think though I will leave it at that!

 

both those that died, had no one vote for them on day 1, Aust voted Boopsy, and Amadine voted Millon and Talm. Not sure if that is really useful or not. Plus there were both newish to the game, so i think that made them easy targets!

 

As Talm was the Traitor, I'm not sure whether those on his vote would have been mafia or not, it would depend on his traitor role, whether he was to be a traitor to the townies or the Mafia?

 

Limi, you could have it right about Amadine. However don't necessarily believe what they say, if might be their killing role they are on about. It could be that wombat is mafia and put that up to make himself innocent! After the Mafia are LLLs ;D

*nods* I was just more thinking out loud because that is the only thing I can think of for why Al Jenn commented on that. As to Wombat... that was.. odd that those were his first words. :\  and odd that he asked, therefore revealing a little something and I didn't really see a purpose to that other than to draw attention?

Geez people, so impatient about night actions! Lily sleeps y'know ;) Don't annoy the Mod Goddess!

 

I also think with this many people 2 Mafia teams are likely. Plus Lily is evil. *coughs and hides from the Mod Goddess* And perhaps even an SK. How big do we think the Mafia teams would be? At 30 players, 1/4 (the generally used ratio) it could be a couple things:

 

Mafia 1 (3 players) Mafia 2 (4 players) = 7 Mafia (23 Innocents) or (22 Innocents + 1 SK?)

Mafia 1 and Mafia 2 (4 players ea) = 8 Mafia (22 Innocents)

 

This game is making me think I should set up a spreadsheet like I've heard others do.

Apart from they are apple wielding villians not a spinning wheel. I thought it was, and I checked Lilies first post...so Snow Whites Step Mum has been giving out her apples.... :D

 

If there are two teams, they can have more in, because they are going to be fighting off each other as well as the Townies.

 

So I say we don't do anything for a few weeks, the apples will go off and no one will eat them, and so no more deaths ;D

 

Lia, I would hate to think on some of the roles that Lily has instore for us all...lol.

 

I would also think there are would be some solo winners, in a game this big you can have all sorts in it and really play around!

Does knowing the names help though?

 

Knowing the name can sometimes give you insight into the character. For example, if we were in a superheroe mafia and I told you I was Superman, you would automatically think of me as a town alignment. But then there are false reveals and recruitment and all kinds of things that can change the situation. Generally speaking, knowing the name does help if you can put it to a person. Right now, I think we're just trying to figure out who might be in the game (character wise)
