its called experience and meta.  as hallia said in this game we have a tendancy to go at each other but there are times we can very clearly see the other. this was one of those.

There’s plenty against it. Naturally when sorting through players, if some move up others move down. It’s a zero-sum game - not everyone can be a villager.

 

the onus is on you, not other people. your approach has been more conjecture on an idea than transparent thoughts / observations so far.

but she's not on my blue list yet. i don't think she's incapable of trying new things and taking advantage of other people's naivete when it comes to her. i would def like to see more content.

Kat just felt right on D1. I don't think I could explain it, even to myself, without a reread or ISO. Cory I'm less sure on, but he's poking at people and not letting BS slip by, which is what I'd expect from him as town. If something scummy happened and he ignored it, I'd get suspicious.

He is trying to find out if you're town. How you react to being voted is a useful barometer. For instance, in my case, it's easy to tell my alignment when I'm close to being lynched. As town I often lose hope and stop trying to defend myself, whereas when scum, I get scrappy and also try to spread as much confusion as possible for my teammates to take advantage of if I die.

There are two ways to solve mafia games. Figure out who all the scum are and lynch them, or figure out who most of the town are and lynch everyone else. This is looking a lot like the second kind, so "there's no reason for me to be scum" isn't going to be enough. We'll need reasons why you're town.

I agree with this in reference to Nyn. If Nyn was killed by Mafia (and with Marsh claiming he killed Kaylee that's almost a definite) the fact that Mafia killed Nyn and AJ was thinking that Nyn was Mason and already had hinted at her partner (Darthe) It would have been dumb to waste a NK on her because he could have come forward and claimed and been an almost guaranteed townie unless someone CC'd. With that line of thinking Mafia would want to leave them alive so they could maybe make confusion saying they were a cult or something and leave them alive. 

 

So I won't say AJ is clear but I will say I'm less suspicious of him than I normally am

there was a game where we had this qt set up at night  N1 put me zander shad and i think someone else in a QT together. Scum screwed up cause they got to choose i believe what qts they went to and they DIDNT send anyone to ours. Z Shad and I massively cleared each other and it cause havoc.  I THINK kat was one of those scum. As such I cant see her letting scum not have 1 member in every qt again.  weakness to that is i dont know how many qts there are. if theres more scum then qts these theory goes out the window

Dice in response to me, I think you're confused and I don't remember a game like that EVER. I can only think of 1-2 times I've ever seen a thing where I got to be in ANY night time QT and none of those games do I remember being scum. (Granted my mafia memory sucks) Though right here I"m not sure if you're trying to clear me or put suspicions on me? Maybe clear?? lol not sure.

I’m in the middle of getting the kids dropped off so I’ve been power skimming to catch up. Pretty much don’t think we’re gonna lynch anywhere outside of the inactives.

 

I still don’t trust Dice, not sure how I’m the only one seeing how he’s not playing normally this game. No vote yet, no real edge, bargaining with detractors instead of just smashing them over their head. Something’s up but if I’m right I’m probably taking it to the grave anyway

@Illian Tear just simply saying you haven’t done anything to skew you in either direction isn’t a very compelling defense. I mean, in a nutshell it’s a fair argument if this were still D1 but the game has advanced and you’re unfortunately left behind because your original PM holder had to leave for whatever reason. Like Cory said, not everyone can be villagers and while some trend up, others naturally trend down.
