So far I'm hating the navigation, but if any of you find a good way of doing things, lmk.

There's a known issue where a lot of display names got reverted to login names.

Mine included, fwiw, although it's a subtle difference.

There are six more of you?

I saw a display name option in the profile. Perhaps you can change it?

I think it's worse for Darthe and Monstr who have their full names as display names.

I did my original account sub with Facebook, so it's probably pulling in my facebook name. Would guess that's whats going on with Darthe/Monstr.

Verb said he'd look into ISOing, post counts etc and I'm sure he'll fix his vote tags, but I don't think it's their priority atm

RIP :(

laptop. I think I caught most of the instances, but given that I've posted in hundreds of threads here and the default is for the site to email me it's going to take a while.

At least that's what I found about it.

Yup, Cindy reported an issue in the DM9 issues board and, having been around for the Staff beta, I think I found the solution (it worked when I tested it).

Main setting changes the posts going forward, to change those you're already subscribed to you go to another area and have to manually delete one by one or just clear all of them and re-sub to the topics you actually still want to follow.

You can use the top checkbox to select ALL (on that page) then unsubscribe.  May take a little time depending on the number of pages but far faster than one-by-one as well.

Yup, change the setting for that followed thread or unsubscribe to it.  Is in your profile under Manage Followed Content.  Think I had the old version of the site Auto Follow something I posted in so I had quite a few to unsubscribe to.

I didn't find a mass-action menu when I was looking at my subscriptions, so I still don't know how to do it without doing one by one.

  1. Click your profile photo then choose Manage Followed Content
  2. Click the box in the upper right of the content I follow area and select ALL
  3. Click the [x] button on the bottom center of the screen to unsubscribe

You may select all then uncheck certain threads manually... I am just unsubscribing all then going back to follow the threads I want to follow again manually.
