What do you think about Nini/Sooh now that they posted some?

Ive commented on Sooh already.

Im not a big fan of either atp.

Still not a fan of Sooh's intro or reactions to my comments. I feel I wasnt obv talking about having a problem with her helping. It was not doing anything else.

Nini I feel is posting a little off, like a little defensive. I also wanna look back over her back and forth with Kat, it felt a little awkward to me.

@AJ - I've posted already that D1 the o yl way yo absolutely know someone is Town is if your are scum. I don't like that from Dice (he flat out said that Zander was Town. I do think Zander seems likely Town but so far based on how quickly he has gotten serious and him asking good questions. That being said I don't have nearly enough to fully put him in that bucket.

@Zander - I don't have anything solid to go in yet, when I do you'll see plenty of conviction.

On the matter of Lily I think that is a good point that she seemed to abcktrack a bit. I'll be watching her closely.

There are a lot of new players that I have not played with before so I don't have a lot of great reads right now.

I know what you were getting at earlier, and I made a comment about the sarcastic way that people responded to it. I agreed with you, fwiw.

I thought Sooh's read on Luthien wasn't bad, but I'm taking that with a grain of salt. Besides those two singular reads most of her content isn't really game related so she's on the radar for sure.

Nini trended up for me a bit earlier. I thought she came out the better in her exchange with Hallia, but yeah... the Kat exchange was odd.

I don't have much of an opinion on WiFi yet, not until she gets more involved - so I'm curious as to what you dislike.

And what about Nini?

Either you're exaggerating or... I don't know. I see Dice make reads like that all the time, but it doesn't mean that he wouldn't reevaluate at a later point. There's several games I can think of where he called me town and then later reconsidered that read. *cough* Frozen *cough*

I can maybe see how they way he says things can be taken literally - and I don't want to speak for him - but I don't believe he was saying Zander was locked in as town forever.

Dice is one of my stronger reads atm, fwiw. So I find your reason pretty generic.

I'm for the most part the only one who has really had much of an issue with Dice.

I haven't seen much to cause a scum read in my book for AJ. Who are you considering the 'resident Townie'?

On Lily I can see what you're saying and that has been a bit established. Anything else besides what's been posted?

I think my problem is coming off directly from a game where I was basically conf town, I post a certain way and no one critiques it because of my position, and in a new game when I do that it's suspect. ITS JUST WHI I AM.

My reason for voting you was that I think your reason for voting Luthine is bad. It has nothing to do with how you post.

I dont know if its just me but you seem to becoming off a little...defensive perhaps the word Im looking for with your posts/responses.

Well, it´s not much of a history. We played together for the first time in our last game and we both read each other mafia although we were both town. I will try to keep that in mind because I can get stuck in tunnells sometimes.

But I still think my reasoning for suspecting her in the first place is valid. Nyn asked Wifi why she didn´t ask her mentor for advice and Kat answered for her instead. She wrote "I haven´t seen her yet" which is strange since the only place that Laine would show up is in a private qt with Wifi or in a mafia qt.

I think Nyn is town. Leaning that way on Luthien as well given that she didn't hold back in her discussion with Nyn. Zander is a bit tougher for me as I haven't seen the same eager puppy look yet. It has been mainly sadface.gif so far.

Hallia has had some odd reactions to things so far, so she keeps me on the fence. Kat seems to be the way she was in the last game I played with her when she was town. That's all I can remember off the top of my head. Forget going back to read the game more thoroughly right now since internet is bleh.

Can you elaborate on Luthien?

I agree that Zander seems to be on his town game. From what I know of him, anyway.

This is not just at you Lily but I dont know if I should be worried, happy or insulted or some kind of combination of them, for these early easy Town reads of me.

Have I ever seen you as scum? Maybe I am jumping the gun just a bit. How about a slight town read for now?

General question, why is it common to give "town reads"? I don't remember that being a thing in the games I played in (granted I don't remember a lot about those it was such a long time ago).

I mean, even if there's no consensus, the fact that a few people say that they think X is a townie doesn't risk putting them at the top of the Mafia's kill list?

It does, but it also depends on whether or not there are power roles, and whether or not these people's reads are any good. Certainly if a person is getting universally town read and is town they'll most likely be killed off before endgame.

Hmmm, so it allows the Finder to share their results without a reveal then? Interesting.

Yeah. Because when I wasn't thinking about it from a standpoint that I had done kind of the same thing, it made me go eh. But in correlation to what I dod, I could understand it. And then there's the fact that I agree with Dice, Zander is town imo.

I find two things vote worthy so far.

1. Kat answering for Wifi. I think Nyn´s questioning was good.

2. Hallia´s vote on Luthine. I agree with Zander that her reason is bad. We have 19 pages so far and most of it is bla bla so I don´t see why it´s distracting.

I like several players so far but it will be hard to trust people when we have different mafia teams. My experiences tells me that it´s much easier to look town as mafia in a multiball game since you are actually hunting for mafia.

Zander this is the post i believe both myself and Nin were referring to. I agree that Hallia seems a bit off... Don't love her vote and I'm not sure what to think about it. But I don't agree with Her vote on Hallia and I think it's weird that people are questioning other people on helping out new people at mafia. And I think it's weird that I have to keep bringing up that I don't understand why It's weird that I helped a completely new person at mafia.

therefore, I don't really agree with all of Nin's stuff... but some of it I can kinda see.
