Indeed.  Better than Johnny Walker any color IMO.  Hibiki has a very unique taste which is why I like it.  Macallan is a little too sweet sometimes but is good.

The plan Lily is that since we can hold onto our items right now we know the price and can stock up for later.  It means that there is some tactical viability to WIFOMing when you use an item.
