I do keep a second account for testing purposes when setting up forum permissions, to ensure that everything is set correctly. The other admins and staff are aware of it, and Shendare (the tech admin) keeps the same kind of account around for similar reasons. Neither of us use them for general posting and neither of us would be allowed a second account for any other reason. The only being allowed 4 accounts was just a joke. FYI, this is my main account, I've just changed the display name (a feature disabled on these forums that I'm abusing my admin powers to use to tease Verbal and somebody else) and will be changing it back shortly.
