You say it's not scum hunting, but I was the first player to post, and I was the one to break the Ice by asking everyones favorite horror movies that takes place in a cabin or woods. I also had the cockamaney plan to see if I couldn't use people's movies to "read" them, and find scum that way. I knew that was a long shot.

 

Unfortunately, Participation was lacking.

As contradictory as it may seem, (and life is full of wonderful contradictions) I didn't expect to catch a scum with the reads, It would have been bloody amazing if I did! (Lmao). As I said, it started as an ice breaker, the reads were secondary benefit.

The third benefit is that I might have been able to scum hunt people who jumped on those reads a little to fast. 

 

Kind of like how I kept going on about DPR and Jason's mother being the killer of all the campers in Friday the 13th.

 

No one jumped on that.

 

So there was a method to my madness when it comes to scum hunting. Though you'll probably only see madness.

 

I think the last game I played in, I kept rolling dice to see who to lynch. I think I blame Zander for that.

I'm having trouble forming reads in this game. Bizarrely enough I'm feeling good about most people rather than suspicious. 

 

Like Dice I'm a bit sketchy on the Sinister/Teph bussing. That doesn't seem to make any sense as a play, and I seems to me they were interacting as they were the two most active people at the time. Plus photoshopping wolves in someone's garden must the most terrible way of throwing shade I can think of. 

 

@Tigraine no need to apologise for thinking I was mafia. Honestly, it's a common misconception, lol.

@Turin Turambar is okay, but more quiet and spammy than the last two games. Maybe AI, maybe not. 
 

@SinisterDeath Jumped into the game with a plan and some frenetic energy. I don’t know why anyone would do this as mafia, but it requires noting. Also, I did ask twice why he gave up on his plan so early and he didn’t answer that question directly. 
 

@Gabriel Kross He’s made a few good posts but there are also a few that *might* be looked at distancing from Heavy. I get the part where Heavy’s play can be confusing, but something about these posts pinged me.

 

@HeavyHalfMoonBlade I hope he’s mafia this game, but I fear he’s not. This feels like a repeat of last game where he wraps real emotion and judgement around the game and it confuses the hell out of me. At this point I’m trying to look at him through a meta-squared lens, but it’s exhausting. I hope he’s mafia lol

 

@Tephulis Oddly confident for a first game, like maybe he’s got teammates. He’s accusatory but has added very few actual reads or observations, which is fine for d1, but weird in context to the confidence. Needs watching. 
 

But I did laugh at the wolf garden posts 🤣

 

@peacesells Peace is my ringer. His 2nd post in, he jokes about spam posts being used as cover by wolves. It’s a joke post, obviously, but he’s thinking it… He spams a bit himself, all is well, then makes his first game related observation about a connection he sees between Sinister and Teph. He throws a vote down on Sin. 
 

But then he grills Heavy for three posts, hard enough to raise my eyebrows.
 

Then he drops all of it and goes back to his theory about Sin and Teph bussing each other. 
 

He’s obviously thinking about cover and bussing, and the grill-and-gone treatment on Heavy looks exactly like what he’s accusing others of doing. So for now,

Okay, I've reread the game and here is where  I'm at.

Darthe: He feels town and he seems to be logical and truthful in his process 

 

Heavy: emotional things aside, I see him thinking about what people are saying. Don't agree with some takes but understand his thoughts. 

 

Ed: seems to be paying attention to things, looking good. Want him to continue. 

Peace: not a lot so far and it may be I want him to be town. I do want to hear more about his take on SD and Tephulis. 

 

DPR: seems to be willing to distract/misdirect the thread with procedural talk. Also, the earlier interaction with Tephulis felt staged to get the thoughts Tephulis shared into the thread. 

 

Dice: Doesn't want to play. Feels like he might be unhappy with being mafia. 

 

Tigraine: Her worldview is that saying you are town is not town. High ratio of posts about life things than game things. Maybe the game things weren't memorable. 

 

SD: can't follow his thought process in game. The movie thing, the tarot thing, the dice things (not Dicetosser1) all feels like posting to post and look busy. There were a few WIFOM for no good reason instances. 

 

GK: Darthe read and vote was weird. Earlier unvote from SD felt off, like.he didn't want votes to build. 

 

Tephulis: the DPR interaction was weird to me. His apparent willingness to mark me as mafia until proven otherwise felt against his other takes of putting people null to start. The imo excessive calling people wolfy screams of projection. 

 

Wtl from DPR on down. Would like to see competing train of either GK or Tephulis to go with SD.

I was building my case points on SD and Teph relationship when I got a call and had to leave my house so I had to stop before I could finish so I just threw my quick suspicion and vote out with a promise to come back to it.  
 

later I was following from my phone and watching the Heavy posting.  Inclined in because I thought he was reading waaaay to much into that issue.

I followed your last game and his behavior was the same and he was town.  No meta for him on this.

I thought I did? Because no one was participating! People didn't want anything to do with it. They'd rather cast a vote on Heavy for calling Papa Roach pop music, or Cast a vote on me for bringing roaches to the party, then they were to even say what they're favorite movie was.... And it seemed to me that people kept asking "what's up with the movie thing?".

 

So I felt I had to explain what it was all about, before people starting making up their own stories about what it was all about, as they're apt to do. There really isn't more to it then that.

SD did say something about it’s because he posts a lot but nothing else. 
 

but they do react to others commenting about them.

Will you comment on what’s been discussed in regard to active d1 bussing serving little purpose other than to stand out?
