That back-and-forth between Nyn and Nin seemed... off. Somehow. I'd be willing to bet that one of those two isn't town.

Ftr, I don't really agree with her musings, but at the same time I wanted to encourage her to keep giving her thoughts because I'm not sure if it's just us not seeing eye to eye or if she's spewing crap. Hope that cleared it up for you.

I reread the conversation, and it seems that Nin created her own momentum. She throws out me and Ley as YOLO picks for who might choose DPR as gun holder, based on the vague reason that she thinks neither of us has played much with him before. But in the same post she discredits her own reasoning by saying we can't draw any conclusions based on DPR being gun bearer. Seems like a whole lot of WIFOM to me, not to mention tenuous reasoning. 

 

Then a few posts later you tie me and Ley together in another tenuous way, by saying we both mentioned your double post. Between the two posts, I just get a vague feeling that one or both of you is trying to create the narrative that we're teammates. 

 

Also Nin's weird reasoning about how me and Dice are suspicious because I'm cautious and he's not. That just didn't make any sense, especially coming from a player who's been in games with both of us before and should have an idea as to our respective personalities. Dice is aggro as heck, and I get nearly lynched just about every game for being too careful or 'scripted'

 

Who are the ones in the bolded "both"? Nyn and Nini? It's not really clear to me... Actually thought at first you meant me, but I don't see how that would work...

I think what I said was I'm not sure on Turin or Ley, and Dice being fluffy is worrisome. It's similar to the strategy we used to win last game. He posted just barely enough to get town read, and I tried to subtly direct attention away from him

It's not the reads I didn't remember, it was the way I articulated them. Which I then recovered from my laptop.

Usually depends on my stress level from RL. Last game happened during a lull between midterms, so I was in a generally better mood. This game, well... I just walked out of a Calc midterm where I ran out of time and didn't even attempt three of the eight questions. 

 

Still better than I did on my last Math test. Was actually pleasantly surprised having 5.5/36 points.

My initial post was a pure joke but I think your response was poor and has not improved IMO.

 

I doubt you didn't know the game had started. That is my opinion and can't be proven. But I'm going with my hunch. I initially thought the Skype thing was cover for QT convo. It was part of my Nyn suss. She has shown solve since her initial spammy bit so has moved up. You haven't.

 

You have failed to engage in serious discussion so far. Your OMGUS of me is without merit. You initially said DPR should shoot me because I had as my,h chance as anyone if being mafia. You still have no case other than I suspect you. you still claim to have no idea who is mafia. This reminds me of the last day in fight club where you said you were going to vote DPR and cuth? I think even tho you had no clue about who was mafia. That was at mylo/lylo. I thought it was a pure wolf claim cause it was a tactic to ensure a townie got lynched. no townie should ever put people they don't believe mafia up in that situation.

Not gonna put any kind of vote down right now, though I think the bottom of my list is Turin, Dice and Marsh, progressively less scummy. Very much not sure about any of them, though. We got about two RL days left anyways, so I don't see a reason to rush a decision.

did you read Dice's reasoning? (Or lack thereof). In your big post above your Dice section reads more as defense of him. Why do you suspect him.

You're at the bottom because you posted that reads list without any argumentation for it. And I understand that you have commented on what you think of those people before and that gave you your reads list, but I can't remember 6 people's posts on 6 other people.

 

Dice is second lowest because I'm not ready to put him lowest yet. The first (real life) day was mostly fluff in my opinion, which seems mafia Dice, the second (real life) day was kinda mixed, so I'm not sure yet.

 

Marsh next because I read his post wrong and thought he didn't remember his reads, but he was talking about the wording that he didn't remember.

It certainly wasn't my intention to defend Dice at any point. I was just arguing that, if people considered him agressive, then that should be a town tell. My own read on Dice is what I wrote above in this post.

I kinda dislike what you mentioned in above post regarding the Skype, by the way. First of all, it would be a very bad excuse - if you know the QT is up, then by definition do you know the game has started, and it's not hard to make a "hello everyone, joke vote Ithi" post. Secondly, you're saying that Nyn looks better now, yet to me, it reads as if you still think it looks scummy on Dice. Either you believe it was a QT convo and you consider them both scum, or you don't believe it was a QT convo and you consider it irrelevant.

 

Just to be clear, I disagree with your reasoning, not necissarily* your conclusion.

I think the QT thought was an error and have discarded it as I now have Nyn as likely town. My current take on the situation is Dice elected to avoid the game at that point. Possibly because he was visible to Nyn and was self concious of being found out. This is all only my opinions and thoughts but I'm not gonna just act like I am not feeling it. Do you need to agree about that? No. Do I care if you agree? No.

 

Do you think Dice and I are likely to be mafia together?

Hard to say. I think you're the kind of player that could very well go after a fellow mafia to gain town cred, but on the other hand there's only two mafia around. I think it's not very likely. So if one of you were to die and flip mafia, that would probably mean some town cred for the other.

first off i will thank you not to accuse me of lying about my real life actions. If i say i did this or that in rl then i DID this or that and i dont appreciate being told i lied about it.
