I kind of like Tress's reads list.  Other than Nienil being higher than I'd have her and Hallia probably being a bit too low, nothing about the order stands out to me as too bad.  Her read on me is a bit surprising, I guess?

 

 

Tress - who of those are you willing to lynch?  Where's the separation?  

 

Surprised I'm willing to be even cautiously optimistic on you?  

 

Niniel I'm having a hard time with placing, gut says I think she's being genuine although some things strike me as weird.  I could just think she's weird ...  but since I'm gut reading her posts as genuine, Hallia's vote on her without taking her explanations into consideration looked pretty opportunistic.  Since I'm town reading Nyn, her read on Hally i probably coloring mine as well.  if Hally comes in here tomorrow and bowls us over with towniness, that read could change quickly.

 

Most willing to lynch Ironeyes right now, Hally a bit less so - she's kind of tied with Talmanes  -- but he's one of those "I don't remember exactly why I felt bad about this one" gut reads I'd have to go back to and ehhh.  I will if I need to and I have time to before deadline, but it falls smack dab in the middle of my work day.

Okay. That's what I have. If you're black, you're null. So this is a problem. Hally and Marsh get scum leans for behavior and disappearing. Nini and Wifi for strange behavior but they're still more nullish/mixed than anything else for me. Talmanes is exactly null. Kat-Tress-Sooh have all done at least one good thing. The next grouping moving up has done at least 2-3 townie things. So.... ugh.

What's the purpose of this vote?

 

The purpose was exactly what you see. I wanted to unvote Dice, and at the same time I felt Niniel's reaction was a bit abrupt when she jumped me for what I thought was an obvious joke. Since then upon reread and stuff I just feel like Niniel has been acting strange this game. She seems to take things very seriously, and her latest being happy with her vote on me with no more explanation than that reads strange and almost oportunistic to me. 

 

At the time of the vote though, OMGUS, like I said.

I'm giving Sooh a dark green.  She's sounding so villa this game it's ridiculous.

The only people I'm opposed to lynching today are Alanna and Nyn at this point.  I probably wouldn't vote Sooh because I mostly agree with what she's saying.  Just the way that she's kind of going about things...I don't know....rubs me the wrong way?

I played a game with WiFi here at the BT (you were also in it I believe) I was VT she was Vig. She seems to still be getting the hang of it. She got a bit more aggressive as the game went on but her posts there and here seem genuine. Only one game so not a perfect meta by any means.

Dice jumping on Niniel makes me a bit suspicious but he does stuff like that a lot to get reactions so I'm trying not to read into it too hard. I was way suspicious if his play in that same last game too but IIRC he was the Doc.

The sample PM in the OP could have been seen or not seen by town or mafia: mafia could take advantage of it being there and town could lack reading the details. I dont think it proves either way necessarily?

This one? Nyn wrote something that I thought a townie would recognise. But you voted her right away, as a joke vote. But it seems like I might be the only one that noticed so maybe it's not worth now, and especially not now that I've mentioned it. I'm happy with my vote on Sooh right now.

I have re-read the game and I don´t know about Sooh. It sounds like she wanted to get things going but when I got serious (by voting her) she omgus voted me because I was serious. It seems really weird to me. 

 

On the other side. Last game when we played together she was very active like this and then she was town. And no one else seem to agree with me. I think I will unvote.

I thought about doing a post by post quote catch up in his honor... but I was afraid ya'll would just policy lynch me so i didn't. But I did just finish a re-read. But I'm fixin to go ISO Hallia and Marsh now as they stick out to me slightly, with maybe a side of Sooh or someone else if I find something suspicious along the way. What time is day over? give me EST or CST or something cause you get much away from that and I get slightly befuddled. 

 

Currently there's not anything overly telling that i've seen.

 

Hallia jumping on a train early with no explanation doesn't mean anything. She just did the same thing to me as town.

 

I suck at reading Clov and have heard horror stories about how good a wolf he is so that makes me wanna tinfoil him.

Tina I'm horrible at reading. I always think she's wolfy, so I probably won't vote her D1 unless she does something seriously, horribly wolflike. I do kind agree with Clov on her being perhaps townspewed. I don't think she goes for that as Mafia. 

 

Nyn - seems townish. Gun to head I don't think she's wolf, but I think she could fool me and it's only d1. 

 

Wifi - eh *shrugs* who knows. She does seem a bit more.... subdued this game but it could just be she's bitten off more than she can chew *shrugs* 

 

Sooh - honestly have no clue. I'm a sucky sooh reader. I'll defer to Nyn for that read for now. I doubt they are W/W. They seemed too buddy buddy for that. But the possibility of one trying to pocket the other isn't out of the question. 

 

Prayla - I didn't think much of until his recent stuff but it seems decent. I'd like more thoughts. 

 

Marsh - started out strong but then kinda died off. I plan on ISO'ing him and reading him in vacuum to see if I feel the same. Nothing particular he said is standing out to me now that I'm thinking about it. 

 

Talmanes is definitely too quiet. I'm not sure what to think of that... 

 

Dice - i'm not sure of either. He always seems to play the same which makes it hard for me to get any kind of read on him. 

 

Tress isn't pinging me but hasn't done a lot that I remember either. So I'm not sure about her either. 

 

Alanna I'm so glad is confirmed town because I SUCK at reading her lol at least this time I know I have one read right lol

Niniel: because she's my only scum read ; she seemed to have taken the joke votes too seriously for someone who has played mafia for a while (longer than me); going after people for their vote on nyn but not their vote on dice.  could be:

 

1. trying to make people think that she is protecting nyn by going after the people that are voting her thereby getting a ML

 

or

 

2. she is distancing herself from dice, her partner...I know I gave him slightly townie....but I was on the balance beam with that call so went with town for now...hence the disclaimer..

She always town reads me pretty much as any alignment lol   So I don't have that personal tell. But I'm missing the joy. I'm missing the early tone commentary she usually gives out without being prompted. And her vote on Tina is just too easy... mostly cause that's the only eventful thing that's been going on.

So I finally found that sample PM, that changes things a bit.

I still am leaning Townie and Niniel as her thoughts of "well Nyn posted about a pencil and pad and that was in my PM as a Townie so she's probably Town" (paraphrase) mirrored my exact thoughts so seem genuine.

@Sooh - I'm not really sure on you. You have been posting reads which I like but I'm wary of you. More of a gut feeling than anything else.

Mehhhh, and the initial good feels on Tal are gone.

Where did you see IronEyes diggin in at all? I checked his post count earlier and was shocked he had as many as he did. Basically everything was fluff and only have an actual opinion when I directly asked him.

He posted yesterday about there not being much to catch up on, and hasn't posted since.

If i had to yolo a vote right now,I'm not sure it wouldn't be on him.

I think it's a dumb reason to clear me, or anyone else for that matter. A VT sample PM is either posted in the game's OP or just given to the scum team. Otherwise the game could easily be broken. 

 

This really shouldn't be a main talking point.
