I don't think Dice is in any way confirmed scum. As I explained at the start of D2, I thought my QT was a mafia QT when the game began until Amega fixed my role PM to confirm my alignment (yes, I was sick). If Dice was mafia, then the mafia team knew for certain there was a town vig from the very beginning.

 

From what TG and Des have said it doesn't sound like Vos role claimed on the QT - and I saw no hints in thread that would have made me think he was cop. Why would mafia have killed Vos instead of taking out a confirmed town PR night 1 - especially since I did not give any hint in the QT about who I would shoot, and Wombat was nudging me at a couple of people.

 

This puts Scum!Dice as a serious question mark for me - unless Vos actually did claim or hint at his role on the QT, in which case both Des and TG are dirty.

 

There was almost not talk on our QT.  Vos had little to say.  If you really want I can rip the quotes from teh QT and repost here.

Wait a second. ....who exactly does "our" refer to? If it refers to the town, that makes no sense, since it would mean "voting no lynch will actually get the town somewhere in the game!"

Voting no lynch gets the town NOWHERE.

 

But if "our" refers to scum, it would be the mafia's only hope of not having one of them lynched. That doesn't make much sense either because no scum have been lynched yet...

 

So either Nolder is scum, or town that is very anti-town.

War was becoming harder to avoid as the various countries prepaid for the inevitable. With so many dying and no traitors found hope was dwindling fast! Suddenly one stood out among the rest. He had began spouting absurdities throughout the night. With the dawn and new day he got worse! Was he just mad? Was there more to it? They couldn't decide. Surely those that came with war as their agenda, those seeking to ruin the peace, wouldn't be so obvious. Would they? Had they given up hope? Rumors and speculation continued until the people had enough. Whether he was lying or not he had to go! They grabbed him, tied him up and put his head on the chopping block.

I... I dont know how to feel about this. Yeah we got mafia, but it kinda feels like Nol just said "Screw it" and gave up, which makes me kinda feel bad for their team.

Actually I think I do.  I just now typed "Lol nol you could have had a perfect win" and it all came together.  What if Nol knew his team was in a bad spot today?  They were going to lose one but if he WIFOM'ed the hell out of it and sacrificed himself it could throw off town enough for them to win in a day or two?  

 

This is pure conjecture but that is the only possible reason I can think of to really drive this.
