Monopoly Mafia [GAME OVER]

Without directly quoting my role PM, let me clarify as much as I can. My PM says neither the word "masons" nor "neighbors". It lists the name of the property I own, and refers to the name of the property that is adjacent to mine. Its owner is my "buddy" and the PM states we have always been sure of one anothers' intentions and alignments. It gives the information about the meeting we have been invited to, and then states that I and the other individual both win with town.

 

We initially assumed we were masons, and the QT was a mason QT, but when Len showed up, I re-read my PM and realized the QT link was an invitation to a meeting behind closed doors. I don't know what technical mafia role one would use to refer to myself and the other person in question, but there it is.

Meeting behind closed doors. That doesn't sound like it could be good for town. I wonder about the survivor claim ... I am suspecting Lenlo of being something other than town, and since this is an advanced game I suppose there might be more than one "not town" group. Vote Lenlo .

Naw, it wasn't a slip. I know this because I'm not scum. I win by surviving to the end of the game. Fastest way to do that? Lynch the scum. And in a game with a no lynch, town profiting option (( sometimes)) keeping me around is rather simple.

 

I count as another vote for the town and one more person between the scum and victory .

Despora, what's the point at this point in the game to vote for anyone, EP or anyone for that matter? My reasoning is that Nolder has yet to post the deadline for day 1. So for a lynch to happen at this point a lot of people will have to unvote on the No lynch and vote someone they found suspicious. Which will take a while. I would be surprised if this day ended without the majority on the No lynch wagon. Then even if No lynch gets the majority we will then have to vote again for which card we want (community, chance or neither). It's alright to post your suspicions and thoughts but isn't it a waste of time to vote for a player at this point?

David is pinged me first back in day one when Despo was talking about putting a little pressure on other players before the no lynch was finalized to get some info. Why would you question wanting to get info unless you're scum and you don't want pressure put on you or your teammates? It's never a waste of time to vote a player and get info from them. Next, when Wombat explained the jailor role because someone asked what it could do, David assumed it was a reveal only to explain later on he miss read. Yeah misreading happens, however, when morning comes Wombat has been nked along with EP. Then, when players are voting Lenlo, David votes Dice for not believing EP was vanilla townie.

 

 

Lenlo pinged me recently with the survivor reveal and Tress' info. The comment of "how is that lucky?" to Dice pings. Personally, I think it's better that town power roles are safe than to have them gone. Yeah it's sucks that we lost two townies but it's the lesser of two evils.
