Sheer self preservation - And the fact that I don't like her "accidentally" tying things up. She could have been hoping nobody would notice, or it could have been a legitimate mistake. Blackhoof looks suspicious to me, too, and I wouldn't mind lynching him, either.

Cause you just got my attention from voting from me to my sister. She is big game and I understand wanting to take her out. However, we have no reason to think she is a vampire at this point. Oh, and yes I realize this makes it a four way. What fun.

 

I just think Hoofie was pointing out the obvious which is something I myself would have done. John you haven't played with him before, but that is something he would normally do. Key agreeing with you has my suspicions now. Since she has played with Hoofie before.

 

With this many players who haven't posted yet or are not that active, yes a deadline that close is important. We have people from all over the world, so the timezone difference needs to be taken into account as well. So, yes a deadline that is fast approaching is a big deal. I know I want to catch a vampire, and not miss a chance to at least try.

I haven't played with him before, so my judgment isn't clouded by meta-gaming perspective... I like my vote on him, because his post reeked of scummy opportunism after the other poster's voting gaff. I don't see a townie trying to make a case out of that voting gaff the way he did. He over-rationalized it.

 

He's my favorite for scum - given the limited content of the game so far. If nobody else sees it, I'll re-assess before the deadline.

So pretty much we got two band wagons for really no reason at all that i can see. Lily was a random target and everybody jumped on tina because she voted for the wrong name.

To me this dosent seem like a very good reason to lynch either of them. Hoof on the other hand did have a bit of an odd post but it seems that key believes that just be something he does. Really i dont think we have much to go on yet. With not everyone here yet.... But we do need to take 24 hours seriously

if that's true then there's not really one "scum" team we need to be watching out for so I don't know what you mean about scum grasping at straws on d1

I totally agree with this statement. there is no solid reason for her to vote tina. shes just hoping on to tina which is what everyone just yelled at tina for doing. Min i can understand shes defending her sister with a poor reasoning. Although lily is big game lol. Black hoof also had a poor reasoning behind his vote so i will continue to watch him and her.

I'm not going to bat for Tina here, I guess its possible she is scum and just raised her hand and said "here I am!" with that play... but I don't think that is very likely. When does scum EVER jump out on D1 and draw attention to themselves like she did there? I'm only willing to consider voting Tina at this point so that her train can be assess after her alignment is revealed, and to avoid the deadline.

 

A lot of people are piling on that train, but only Blackhoof voted her by selling a case, and it was case built around the premise of scum making bad plays as a routine thing... the idea that "he's done that as scum when grasping at straws".

 

Really? When has scum EVER had to grasp at straws on D1? Even if desperate, why would scum EVER make that play? I just doesn't add up. He wouldn't have caught my attention had he just voted and moved along, but he posted something irrational... and I don't see any better option for lynching based on scummy play for D1.

So, let´s see. I have now six votes for me - half of what it takes to lynch someone right now - because I by accident wrote Min´s name instead of Lily´s and then corrected me. Hm...

 

Maybe it wasn´t too bad after all because it is very interesting to see how people respond to my mistake. I think that eighter Sakaea didn´t read my first post correct or she is trying to come up with a reason for voting me after her clear bandwagon vote. If you read my first post I say I will vote one of the two players that had two votes already. Song did see my mistake and pointed it out and that is why I changed it where it should have been. Not vote hopping. I´m extra suspicious of Sakaea because she put the 6th vote on me wich could be the one that makes everyone think "We don´t have any other choices but Tina today". Unvote. Vote Sakaea.

This is just my personal opinion, of course, but if we're going to speculate on the setup...

 

I think the cult leader power is bogus. I think it's one of those that will just cost you some points and give you nothing back. DPR is evil that way. I also don't think the game would be very balanced with more than one scum team. Anything is possible, but I doubt it.
