I owe an apology to EP.  I was upset with you and said some things I shouldn’t have.  Disappointed in myself for that man, hope someday we play another game together and we both have fun in it.

Oh.. and maybe the Git Gud Scrub posts to Heavy... that was super harsh. Had me clutching my pearls lol

There was lots of condensation in the game that wasn't as overt at what was directed at Heavy but was effectively the same.

But it's all game play.   Used to stir emotion.....I hope.

I think it’s fair to say that Gabriel crossed a line and got called on it. Other than that, everything was technique.

It’s unfortunate that d1 set the tone the way that it did, but it’s nothing we can’t  get past.

Yeah that came out worse than I meant it.  Sorry about that too heavy.  If it’s any consolation I think it got me lunched.

Also, I was baffled that they lynched you.  Your game was very quality, and I thought I’d screwed things up for my team by spewing you hard.

Town will win a game if they stop spending their days on NAI behavior.

New players have a different perspective, and I tried to weaponize that since it was such a hot topic but got crushed by that perspective being too good (even though it still worked out in spite of me?)

Last game Ithi used lists against y’all.

The game before that mechanical discussion was “bad” somehow and we used that.

town are paranoid, uninformed, trying to solve.

what makes a wolf a wolf is that they can’t help knowing that they are one, and knowing their teammates are.  Let’s get back to the fundamentals of measuring sincerety, insight, progression, logic, and intent.

Thank you.

You were probably slightly unlucky that I sussed you at all as I really was struggling to get a feel on the game at all. Something bugged me which may very well have been completely a misread on my part but I literally had nothing else to go on.

For me getting lynched I think it was the confirmation bias that DPR sussed me and Dice, blocked us and then there was no NK. So obviously his sus was right. And then me working through the possible permutations apparently seemed to many people that I was throwing sus around every where. Which I wasn't, but I think was just a clash of playstyles. And the informant thing - no idea how that got stuck in my head, that was just outright stupidity I did not double check.

A lot of stuff I was pushing hard to combat day 1.  I saw it while following the previous game.

How can I push a game into real talk fast?  3rd voting someone.  It was nice that the 3rd vote I place was on someone displaying this behavior with all the tarot card dice rolling stuff.

(While that stuff is interesting in context, was just annoying to me as someone trying to solve a game and seeing all this filler.  It was was distracting and I put a human nature context on it.  Who wants to distract?  Scum....SD has 2 vote?  cool.  A 3rd gets this game serious and I think I have scum.)

TBF....I probably would have 3rd voted anyone at that point.....just made it easier with what SD was doing.

Agree...I was referring to the Heavy related stuff.

I think it is dangerous to allow open "bullying" of new players. 1) as it is not very nice for new players, obviously but also 2) it makes it too easy for wolves.

In the Among Us game, Lenlo bullied Gud into dropping her suspicion of him because she had no idea how to play and how ridiculous it was that she was sussing him, and yet for a lot of people Lenlo's behaviour rang true as town. IMHO, that should never happen. If wolves need to play act as being pro-town while trying to influence new players that will be much more difficult for them and positively affect the atmosphere of the game.

All IMHO of course.

You're not even new anymore Heavy

Neither is Gud.

So it's just general pressure now, which is why I don't think it should even be mentioned at all.

You've played more games than I have in the last 10 years.

I approve this message!

I 100% agree on the "Bullying" new players, as the intent should always be to.. well, hook people into keep playing, not to scare them off.

Some of the "Advice" I was giving you during this game, wasn't meant to patronize you. It was a "Hey, don't do the shit I'm doing, or people are going to think you're a Wolf/Mafia".

There's also a reason I kept going on about "Everything you say or don't say will be used against you in a Mafia Court". lol

But also, as a Wolf, I was 1000% using that advice to make it sound like I was trying to coach you as a fellow wolf.

Also just as clarification point, I also don't mind so much people saying "you suck because you suck" but more the "you suck because you're new". Newer players have to be sussed, have to be pushed and all things that happen in game.

It just feels a bit unfair when people can talk about "lol!me" but if a new player makes a mistake it is because all new players are bad.

Anyway I think I have gotten my opinion across, I'll stop making an issue of it now.

Well the only time I've had to do them I was Mafia...

But you know it's just hard having to make a decision on all the people at the same time... when usually you only have feelings on a few

And that's why they are important. Mafia really struggle to be consistent and show progression if they are forced to continuously say what they are thinking. I personally don't care about the 1-11 no reasons ones. Because the devil is in the details.

Opinions  vary of course.

Shush you.

All I can say is thank goodness there was a 3rd party. The absolute saviour of the Mafia Team

The mechanical discussion is bad wasin part due to mafia nearly outnumbering town and not wanting that possibility discussed.

 TMI and spew are real.

Yes. Having 3p (or more mafia 🙄) to allow real hunting is helpful for mafia to look town.

Town will win more games if they stop losing their Cop during d1

Talk about fundamentals
