@Verbal32 I did not ask for this to happen but @SinisterDeath has just unlocked the old Mafia Board and wondered if you'd be able to move all the new Mafia things over to the old Mafia Board.

 

All I said was it might be nice to have the word Mafia on this board cos the returners were having trouble finding it.

 

On the plus side. All the old games are visible again.

Ok, I'm going to move all the mafia stuff to the old board and that'll be the new home.

 

I need comments on the queue, though.  I have the old queue thread where we had basic and advanced games, and I'm thinking it might make sense to revive that.  Thoughts?  Basically, read the old queue thread and let me know what you think.

Might be good to have basic and more advanced queues. I don't think we can currently have more than 1 game at a time. 

 

I guess could alternate depending on which one is longer wait. There might be more basics at first . Idk

At least with these small games the queues should move quite quickly, whether we have 2 separate queues or the mod just label their games as mostly basic or mostly advanced

Ok, peeps.  We're back!  I've moved all the relevant mafia stuff from the old spot to our "real" old spot...and proper home.  Thanks to Ithi and Max for making this happen.

 

Small note:  I have left my old queue thread and welcome threads and unpinned the newer versions.  I'm going to edit out the need for "mod review", but I reserve the right to put that back in if we end up having wildly unbalanced games.

 

If anybody thinks we should enable mod review, please PM me separately.

I must admit to feeling a bit apprehensive about playing. I had a look at an old game of mine and I was a total maniac nutcase cos of reasons at the time.

 

So cringe and embarrassing 

 

10 years on, I am hopefully a lot calmer. But I think it may be a case for me that those who can't play, Mod.  🤣
