Your theory about her being on a good team is valid, but her posting isn’t the same as say - DBZ or Spirited Away when she was scum with me and we won.

 

I think her attitude would inherently draw negative attention/reaction (it already has) and I think a scum!Hallia is more conscious of that and wants to make friends instead or enemies.
