Pretty sure I've only commented on a few things. I'm collecting observations. I'll comment on the observations once I have answers and I've sorted through them.

I think you're very nitpicky and reading posts perhaps as more serious than I would? Your questions make me feel like you're out to get people, which I guess is what you are regardless.

 

 

 

Okay, fair enough if that's your perception. There's actually only one person I know who routinely gets what I'm doing when I do what I do, so I can't blame you if you don't get it.

 

But what specifically do you think i'm being nitpicky about? Who do you think I'm out to get? And how would you propose that we set about finding scum if we're not questioning what they say?

 

To give you a little bit of insight into moi, though, I'll say this: not everything I say is serious. But I definitely will let people know when I am, and I hope you can figure out at this point what I'm actually serious about. 

 

For example, to give you an idea of what I'm getting at with regards to Darthe - what do you think of the fact that he has repeatedly ignored my questions about his comments to BFG about her being serious so 'early" in favour of responding to the more peripheral questions that I've asked.

 

 

 

And while we're at it, what do you think of the fact that Darthe has

 

 

 

Without going back to specifically pick apart your posts I'll say that you've asked about things where I would usually let it slide. I can go back and find concrete questions though. It just seems you're trying to find something to ask about with every post, which I guess is towny in a vacuum since wolves sometimes have a tendency to post a lot of commentary. I can't say you're out to get anyone in particular at this point in the game. It seems like you're spreading it around evenly lol.

 

I do ask questions too, but I guess we just have a different threshold for finding things to ask about, at least at this point in the game. 

 

I do hope that Darthe responds to you though, and yes, it's weird that he hasn't.

 

So basically we have a different style of approaching things. That's fair.

 

And I don't think I've asked/commented on every post, which is why I'm asking you to be more specific. There are several people whose posts I haven't responded to directly very much at all. Cory, BFG, and Ironeyes come to mind.  The posts I've most focused on are yours, Darthes, Kat, and to some extent Nyn's, and that's basically because there are threads I felt needed pulling there. If the thread comes to an end, I don't have to pulll anymore. The Darthe thread has not yet ended.

 

I really don't want to explain my reasoning on thread, but those of you who really are trying to figure me out, read this post and it goes a ways towards explaining my thread in relationship to liz.

I think Darthe is acting sketchy. And not in what I expect from sketchy town Darthe, but I only have two games to go off of in terms of meta.

 

As I pointed out to Sooh, he hasn't answered the question I posed to him three times now about why he was questioning BFG on whether or not she's serious this early in a game when he's played games (I assume multiple) with her before and should have a sense of her meta.

 

I think Darthe is playing it safe, and that doesn't seem like what I expect from town Darthe.

I find it strange that you say Darthe is playing it safe, since he's acting completely unlike himself and that's likely to get him lynched. Granted, he's likely to get lynched no matter what he does because he's a skilled player and that makes people nervous. But I think there are a lot better reasons to be suspicious of him than thinking he's acting too cautious.

I've played two games with Darthe. The first game I was the doc, and he annoyed me D1, but he did enough during the day to make me think he was town and I protected him that night, saving him from a mafia kill. He then went on to tilt two town players so hard the next day that he wound up getting himself and one of them modkilled and the other one lynched.

 

Second game I played with him, I was scum and he was town. He pushed hard and got a townie mislynched, in part based on some theory about the townie's use of punctuation in his post.

 

I most certainly do not want to see him replicate THAT kind of play this game. However, what I expect from town!Darthe is an interest in pushing and solving things -whether I agree with how he's going about it or not.

 

And for the record, he was targeted for nightkills, not lynched in both the games that I played with him. He was never a lynch target as far as I recall. I don't see why being a skilled player would make him a target for lynching over nightkill, and I really don't see that he has demonstrated any of that supposed skill so far this game.

 

I've never seen him play scum, I'm assuming you have. So what would you expect from scum!Darthe given that you acknowledge that he's not acting like his usual town!Darthe.

 

He will have a tough time answering this.  I'm not acting like any Darthe.  It's just one of those things I do every once and a while, sorry.  It comes from being a high functioning sociopath.  Probably.

His general behavior hasn't bothered me, as in it's been mostly incoherent and isn't out of his town range, but it is weird that he's blatantly ignoring your question. @Darthe, why not just answer Liz, what's the hold up?

 

I still don't get Alanna as I've mentioned before irt her progression. It feels disjointed to me. I just question if my agitation is coloring it.  BFG having a town lean on her..... I dunno. Confidence level isn't great but it's still something that stands out to me. Still kinda rolling my eyes at Ironeyes giving her props for the post I referred to.

 

I don't hate the questioning you've been doing so far. I'd just like to see more. You seem less firecrack-y than what I saw mentoring mjn, but like I said earlier, the circumstances doesn't make it a concern for me atm. Already spoke of BFG and my lean hasn't changed there, she's still bringing it. Cory seems okay so far. But I want him to weigh in. 

 

Halli/Pral and Salami slots need to do something. Anything.

 

 

The rest, no EDIT idea so far. Will try to delve into some individual ISOs tomorrow, when I get up.

And yes I'm feeling less fire-crack-y this game. Some of that's real life. Some of that is me trying to figure out how to bounce off different players and feeling like there's not a lot of action. 

 

I'm waiting to see Magic Cory burst into action for example....

I've decided to not stress about inactive players this game, because it never gets me anywhere and I don't have the energy. But yes, I want to see more from Prallia and Csarmi.

You knew enough to assume that I meant that he would vote me, so why would you ask me why I thought he would vote me when I had just said that it would be an OMGUS? I think I responded to that question but I didn't see any response from you. And what are your current thoughts on Darthe?

That is very true, this is more likely to get me lynched.

 

Then again, I am fully aware of that and am intentionally acting as I am anyhow.  Anyone who knows me at all should be able and see that on a base level.
