Nyn with my vote on AJ I would honestly love nothing more to policy lynch him just out of spite for the past few games.However, I do not want to lynch a townie just because of a grudge, therefore, while i'd love to lynch him, it's really a joke. Though if ya'll choose to lynch him it won't hurt my feelings :tongue: Honestly I haven't taken my vote off because I haven't figured out who to move it to, but i suspect I'll unvote soon if I don't figure it out. Right now I feel good about you and hallia and Shad and Zander. the rest... eh *shrugs* I don't love believe. Something about him just feels off... but I don't know him so I have nothing to base how I feel of him except gut.

I'm horrible at reading Darthe... and most of the rest are mostly null. I can't say anyone has stuck out really far as scummy. MAYBE Tink. not sure though...

Which i guess isn't a huge deal, she literally posted twice up until this point. The first post is just her shaking her booty. The second post is her general impressions. So I would expect him to keep tabs on her and decide which is it? Instead, minutes later he agrees with Sili that her content seems convenient and fluffy, and votes her. The transition seems wonky to me. No me gusta.

I like Nyn's monster post. She's not throwing anything out there I disagree with and it shows consideration leaning in similar directions to my own.

I thought Kat's direct vote on AJ with the explanation of standing policy to lynch were easily understandable as Town. I buy it as a joke/entry to the game at this point and get the impression of struggling early game rather than being deliberately vague. Am I just being naive? Her ISO was otherwise standing out to me as largely jokey/not serious and seriously lacking content until the last post where she gives leans.

Tone-wise WiFi struck me as more potentially buddy-ing*/ott excitable early on particularly with Dice and maybe AJ (I may rescind finding that scummy if she happens to be ENFP :biggrin: ). More tangibly, I strongly dislike the combination of 'serious on reachy' reasons for votes on AJ and Darthe/Darooh. I can understand not understanding Darthe if/when Darthe is joking, but I can't follow the logic of seriously pushing AJ for the given reason.

I can't tell if Tink is deliberately vague/hedgey in reads and responses or not, but I'm getting a different vibe to Kat if that makes sense?

Like, imo the amount of comments on the reads list suggest he's fairly caught up, but that's inconsistent with the ALL CAPS post almost immediately before about things moving too fast and it's all a bit sus in light of a lack of investigation/game-related comments/interaction, even after dropping a vote on me.

Probably happiest voting Tink/Wi-Fi/Sili atp.

Believer/Penny still on my watch list aorn.

Darooh is null and I don't expect him to make huge efforts clearing his behaviour any time soon.

The more I see of Shad, Nyn and Hallia the more I like.

Lenlo completely out of my radar, so are Dice/AJ beyond my earlier comments.

Eh I'm usually jokey and non serious on D1. It's hard to be serious when you have almost absolutely nothing to go on. *shrugs* I get more serious normally as the game goes on. And honestly this game I plan on having a good time and not stressing myself out like i have the past few games... I do plan on getting much more involved as the game continues. But like i said... i'm not a big fan of D1. *shrugs* it's mostly a lot of "meta" reads which usually amount to nothing. I'm surprised though with Lenlo, Darthe, and Sili there hasn't been an argument yet... i'm not sure what to make of it honestly....

You said she could be scum or town trying to get involved, in your sum up read list. You seemed undecided. It appeared there were things you liked and things you didn't like in her content, though you didn't go into specifics at all. Then you agree with Sili and vote her minutes after saying you were basically undecided on the slot. I'm pretty sure she didn't even post in between. She had two posts up until then, if I recall, in total. The natural thing to do, upon being conflicted, is to follow her posts and make up your mind going forward, one way or the other. There was literally no transition to your read on her and then the vote.

I also find it kinda ironic that you're calling her read list fluff, when it was more well explained than yours, by far. Also when you reiterate the convenience part, I'm guessing you're referring to her read on Wildfire?

Shad/Zander - Zander defensive and talks when it concerns him. Isn’t really pushing anyone else.

Shad - establishes some sort of position. More careful a player?

Only attachment is to Sili Quarrels and it’s a weak one.

it seems pretty obvious to me that you're a wolf. going after a weak player like wildfire because she reacted badly to pressure for instance? (haven't actually looked at the exact reaction though). and saying dice looks good because he asked a couple questions and is playing the game. and giving aj towny points for being logical which he might do as either allignment but probably as a wolf more in my personal opinion (but anyway) when 4 people are voting him? could easily be a wolf trying to read correctly or a wolf protecting a pal, though i'd lean toward the former for now.

I don't see Nyn saying you went from no opinion -> opinion. I see her saying that you didn't keep tabs and decide. I have to agree with the transition seeming wonky. The sticking with it here, without updating your read even moreso.

She said I went from null to coming to a conclusion. I've been following what you've been saying but I mean it doesn't really add much to your defence.

The main things standing out are:

Hangs back a lot in the beginning of the mash;

Attitude in mash initially more helpful/conversant/questioning than straight-out accusatory. Seems willing to answer questions;

Change in tone later in mash game to more flippant/aggressive, somewhat similar to here;

No post-by-post ISO commentary on any player;

Focuses suspicion on several different players at a time in mash.

TLDR:

I see some differences in tone and content but am not sure how much can be attributed to giant mash volume/re-entry to mafia environment.

The early involvement and quickly accusatory attitude here differs to the beginning of the mash, but could be more an indicator of confidence than alignment given shifts towards end of mash.

The heavy/single-minded tunnel on Celeste seems like nothing seen in the mash.

Well, what you've been primarily doing just seems like you're overly trying to fit in and the recent posts haven't really convinced me of anything.

Questions like "How serious is the policy lynch?" "Why is applying pressure a bad thing?" What kind of answers are you actually expecting here? Just comes off as if you've been prodded and now are overly defensive.

You vote Sili for not answering your questions they're not really questions of substance and to me it comes off as more of a panicked retaliation than a genuine scum read.

I'm fine keeping my vote where it is.
