noob question here.... it says the avvies are too big to be uploaded. do I need to adjust them first?

The avis in the avatar thread? If you do need to adjust them, download them, go in paint and tell it to resize. Use the pixels option and make the first side 150 pixels and it should work when you upload them as your avi.

They are 17 pixels too big. So u need to shrink them a bit. I have played with my photoshop settings then forgotten about it... silly me. But I offer a free resizing for all who need it.

I downloaded mine to photobucket and then resized them.  100 x 100
