She already soft claimed it. Claiming te protect is the right play here. Mafia are gonna have to decide what to guess anyway. Plus claiming the protect lends credence to her claim. Furthermore if there happened to be a town watcher it could verify her and probably the shooter. Watcher doesn't even have to actually claim.

WHY would SCUM claim stump when they can cc the cop claim and get Tsuki lynched? At that point I'm pretty sure Tsuki's scum equity > Dice's scum equity, but you can correct me if I'm wrong.

1 for 1 trade is never really a good deal for scum. Especially if they have a roleblocker to counter an outed cop, which seems to be the case.

 

That being said, stump is unique in that you really don't have to hold on to it. I mean, you should, generally, but if you see things turning against you you can claim it early without any real risk to the village. I don't really expect scum!Dice to have the foresight to claim that when he did.  The timing for it was right--something you're more likely to realize if that is actually your role.

As for my reason for dice, it is because his actions don't match his reads.

 

He had a town read on dice and a scum read on turin.

Turin claimed neighbor with zander.

Dice talked about that we should lynch between the 2 and resolve it. (By his reads so far, he would logically be wanting to push for turin)

Dice questioned Zander, who was already his town read, for more information about the claim.

Dice later addressed the point that he was town reading Turin because he thought the claim was neighborizer. If that was the case, it would have affected his reads when it was mentioned. I don't see how it did.

And after it was cleared up that he was wrong about the claim, his sussing Turin is gone, which doesn't make sense to me. If your reason for clearing someone is false, you don't continue to clear them.

 

Feels like a cop out to me, and is why I'm sussing him.

 

Also, if he thought the claim was neighborizer, why would it have to be resolved?

 

Yet his actions throughout it all seemed natural. He unvoted Turin after the claim, talked to both of them decided on town-town and looked elsewhere for a vote. He didn't lock himself in to voting one of them even though that was what he said initially. I would prefer that Dice answered but I'm pretty sure I understand his continued town read of Turin as well.

Why Sooh?

I kind of liked that she jumped into the game straight away, but will need her to dig in and give reads before I can get a proper grasp on her

Lenlo was leaning too far scum for me and I'm not quite there with Sooh yet to give her a town read. She has a lot to do. I'm not going to lynch her any time soon, until I see what she can bring to the game, but she IS largely there by poe and Lenlo's actions.

 

Shad just isn't being Shad. I think he's more likely to be scum here.

Rey is a wolf.

 

RTE is probably town, so I'd really like for the lynch not to go there today but I'm pretty sure I'm making this decision too late.

My point still stands. You could be scum and just depending on your meta (her 'experience' with you) to mask it. She should never be so willing to hard defend ANYONE without mod confirmation... EVER.

This is ridiculous, Tsuki. How does town ever get anywhere if they don't go out on a limb and defend those they believe in? You're trying WAY to hard to make me out to be scum and it's just not something that is going to fit. I mean, I'm not saying that my reads are perfect, you don't even have to read them or understand them, they are my opinions on the game standing. But they're still my reads.

 

I tend to read Zander pretty damned well. That isn't scum knowledge or TMI, that's just experience with him and knowing his personality. So on d1 I hard defended and said that he's town in an attempt to keep him alive. I'm attempting to do the same thing here and say what I can about Dice before I'm nk'd for whatever reason and y'all suddenly decide that my defense of him was the only thing holding you back and you go off to lynch an actual townie.

 

I'm not sure I understand your point though. Scum has knowledge, town is guessing to the best of their ability. The more sure and confident I am in my reads, the more likely I am to make a difference. That doesn't have to be scum motivated.

Hallia is playing her 'town' style, according to what I recall from old games with her. Kinda lurking, kinda here, throwing out tidbits and watching. I recall scum Hallia being more active.

 

RTE, again depending on old meta and gut reads, seems scummy. A town RTE is active, joking on D1, digging, prone to be the first have a WTF post when some mod shenanigans happen... I am not seeing that. He claims RL, issues, and I certainly cannot cast the first stone, but his reaction to lynch shenanigans pings hard. If I wasn't OMGUS voting Alanna, I wouldn't be opposed to voting him.

 

Niniel is more opaque to me. I don't have a lot of memory of her gameplay to form a gut read on, but I feel a lot of ITT similarity between how she and RTE are posting (style, content, short and sweet, etc.). I just don't know if that is normal for her.

 

Rey is also opaque. Nothing he has done has left an impression on me.

I think you relying on old meta is poor play. Even more funny is you relying on old meta, which is old and doesn't work anymore, yet I'm using real, current, recent meta and being called out for TMI by you. How does this even remotely make sense? I just RL lol'd

RTE mafia and mafia saved him.

RTE mafia and town saved him.

RTE town and mafia saved him in order to lynch Zander or protect dice or for lulz.

RTE town and town saved him possibly in order to lynch Zander.

 

I think you would claim it if you did it as town but someone else might not. I can see it either way.

 

If mafia did it it is very possible it was to lynch Z yesterday and nearly assure a RTE lynch today.

 

So I don't agree with "he didn't die yesterday" as a real good reason.

Hally, I really don't get where you're coming from irt RTE and the lynch yesterday. It's suspicious and he looks bad for it, but at potentially no fault of his own. I don't think I understand how that always makes him scum.

 

If a town role DID do it, they're probably unlikely to come forward an admit to it because they're be next lynched with how y'all are behaving. If scum did it, why the heck would they admit to it? That doesn't necessarily make it mafia saving mafia motivated though. I don't get why you're being stubborn about this and not seeing the possibilities.

Hally some part of me feels like scum did this to get two birds with one stone. Switch the lynch away from RTE to Zander, for whatever reason. Get vocal-Zander lynched, set up lynch for RTE today. RTE's content last night and his overall tone there was good and has me thinking he's town and we're just feeding into what scum wants. I know the slot needs to get resolved, I really do, but think about it a little before totally committing your vote there.

 

Turin, would you be willing to switch to Rey? Niniel and I are there right now.

 

Otherwise I'm willing to vote Shad before DL if we can get more people
