He's saying that he wants a feature where people can "upvote" a post and when they do it's highlighted or something so people know it's important.

 

Which again, is a dead discussion because it's not going to be a site feature.

 

And IMO it would do almost nothing to address volume, and probably has overall gameplay ramifications.
