It's a Boxing Day SNOW FIGHT! All visitors invited!

[F Horn of Valere]

Welcome, any visitors (any Bander's too, I suppose...), to our Boxing Day Snowball Fight! The only rule: No channeling! (Sorry Banders-- Band Law still applies to us. We have to make it a fair fight, right?) Otherwise, everything is fair game! So roll up your sleeves stick some ice in a yellow snowball, and enjoy yourselves!

 

Horn walks through the Band's camp, nodding approvingly at the hastily-constructed defenses. Not bad for a quick half-hours work.

 

Outside the edge of the camp, a table is set up, numerous copies of Mat's Medallion--Elayne's handiwork--ready for visitors to don before entering the channel-free fight.

 

Looking back at the front gate:

 

After a quick trot from the gate to the camp, Horn walks beside the castle.

 

Around the corner, Horn hides in his own, less-ostentatious fort, waiting for some sucker to go assault the bigger decoy.

 

 

[BFG]

After waiting patiently, half buried in snow for the first passers by, BFG sees Horns small fort ahead, rolling her eyes at his bright orange high vis jacket she sneaks up behind him and stuffs some snow down his back before suggesting that he takes the jacket off

YEOWWWW

 

*glares at BFG while taking off the jacket*

 

*gathers snow in the jacket, grabbing the sleeves, and starts twirling it like a sling...*

 

[BFG]

*runs back to her 'burrow' (in reality a series of tunnels that runs under the entire battlefield*

*attempts to sling snow at BFG*

 

Brrr... I need to practice using a sling more.... *shivers*

*ambles in*

 

Snowball fight eh? No channeling? Eh, well the One Power is not my only weapon!

 

*gathers a snowball and stands behind a tree like a ninja*

[BFG]

BFG hears the crunch of snow as the newcomer enters the battlefield. Thinking briefly she picks up a rock and hurls it into the branches of the tree that Elaevia is standing under and watches as the precariously balanced snow falls on top of the Sister...

Grinning wickedly, Horn throws a snowball straight for BFG's face while she is distracted. Unfortunately, he missed and hit the sister covered in snow instead.

 

Ooops!

Hmmmm, not as much of a ninja as I thought then!

 

*scoops up some snow and forms some small snow pellets! that she throws briskly at her attackers*

[F Horn of Valere]

*ducks and watches the snow pellets hit BFG instead.*

 

*is bewildered how that happened since BFG was between us...*

It wasn't me, I promise!

[Rhea]

*sneaks in undetected and takes a spot behind the trees out of sight*

*randomly walks through the woods for no reason whatsoever*

dice tunnels under the snow unseen.

 

When he hears footsteps above him he reaches thru the snow grabbing the legs and pulling the person down

 

 

THUMP!

 

looks

 

Spammit!

 

throws Horn back out and tunnels off in another direction....

*manages to finish drinking from his flask while in midair*

*grabs copious amounts of snow and throws it at everyone, including the stealthy ninja*

is pelted by snow pellets and ends up looking like a white spotted dalmation.

 

Fetches the dragons and aims at Dice and fires then gets distracted by the fluffy warders...

I heard something about a snow fight. 

 

*sends away the bear, who starts chasing Dice*
