Seeing that my vote against RTE will do no good at the moment, unvote

 

I'm still suspicious of him, and Dawn.

Hallia has not made many reads at the moment, even though she has been around.

 

To make a more useful vote seeing the deadline is coming, I'll vote Basel

Still because of his early defense of Dawn, but also because there have been no real reads from him (apart from Thane and Dawn, and Dice in a certain way), he didn't try to be really  constructive. Most of his posts were about defense.

I know time is short and don't want a wasted vote...

I do still think he is at the top of my list, just wanted to give him a chance to change that opinion since he claims his play style is very agressive (I don't agree with it but can see how it could give us scum vibe).

If I keep my vote there we'd still need five more votes to get a lynch and, if he is mafia, his teammates would likely be spread out or on basel.

 

 

Also of note: just caught this one, probably nothing but still interesting. (Thane went Ithi then AJ went Basel: flip flopped so neither Basel nor Ithi's numbers really changed.)

The best opportunity to lynch possible scum would be to lynch Basel. Not a lot of people are convinced that Ithi might be scum, so i will change and

Basel was first to vote Thane ... and later says that Thane has moved up in scumtastic-ness on his List. But if he was voting him then that would mean that Basel already had him at the top of said List.

 

I do like the Basel vote ... but I think Chae might have voted him thinking it was safe to do so - because obviously I was going to push a vote on Thane. She's not really given any decent reasons.

 

You should keep an eye on her. She's dodgy.

My vote on Dawn is going nowhere, people are hiding, and I wanna give people at least a small chance to suddenly make an appearance.

AJ - After a detailed re-read AJ has moved back into the grey zone for me. (He is offering a lot of information but his comment of ithi's "leaving" when her kid was sick, don't think a parent would lie about that, really rubbed me the wrong way.)

He's possibly remembering the advice from Darthe to go for me on an emotional level to distract me and make me react. It is odd how he was all calm and placing himself to be Town Leader - and then threw a wobbler when he got voted - and now has gone back to being all calm again, even saying that actually he thinks I might not be Mafia now ... or something like that.

 

There is a little time left to get the right person I think. Basel saying that someone who was already on his List has moved up his leist, which contains two people has given me cause for concern. But the more recent votes on him also make me think.

 

Who is Basel voting for?

 

I think the Mafia team will be splitting their votes on this day to make sure they can't all be seen on the same Train. They'll also be trying to avoid a pile on and taking it steady. I really need an up to date vote count so I can see what's happening.

 

Basel is on Thane iirc.

 

I want to set this straight since people keep bringing it back up - My intent was not to accuse Ithi of lying about having to tend to her son. I realize that my wording may have made it sound that way, but that was not my end goal. Ithi - if you feel like I attacked you on a personal level then I apologize, that was not my aim. I'm still very wary of you, but I don't want to turn this into a dirty brawl if that's what it becomes. I am a father myself so I understand what it takes to be a parent and generally I am very accepting of people's reasons for absence in games so long as they participate while they are present. I live a busy life too. (Just finished with a two-hour interview process at a local child summer camp program, so keep your fingers crossed for me! )

 

The point I was trying to express was my dislike of how she had yet to explain her actions when questioned by others. I think voting without offering any commentary isn't a very good thing to do, you should try to make yourself as transparent as possible so that others can read you clearly. I further disliked the way she automatically counter-accused Thane and Dawn for their questioning of said vote, linking the 3 of us together in that manner. I feel like their questioning was natural considering you hadn't explained yourself. I still maintain that. I also acknowledge that your statements about them knowing my alignment previously to the defense are also of merit, but I think it is premature to lock onto that theory at this time.

 

Said that, it looks like Ithi is starting to get into her groove and turning over every rock that is silly enough to be next to the path she's walking on.

Who here could give me a run-down of Tal's meta?

 

I realize he hasn't played in a long time, so it'll probably be one of your old timers, but if possible I want to try and understand his game a little better. My read on him is very muddled atm. He seems like a smart and observant player, but I feel he's going with the 'flow' of things a little too easily.

As I said a few hours ago I want to give Thane some time to convince me of his earlier statements but he also still reads the strongest to me. That being said Basel did show up as a possible scummy read and I would definately rather vote him and see how he flips than have a random player killed and not know whether they were mafia or town. I should be getting off work shortly before the deadline so I'll hold off and see if anyone else brings up any reasons for someone which I haven't thought of then make my vote official.

Thane, in # 385 you say you aren't one to fake claim and those can come back and bite you. Now that strikes me as saying that if you claimed, it would be fake. If you were town you wouldn't need to address the concept of your claim being fake cause you would be telling the truth. Oh and I am Cinderella. Vanilla town.

I always wondered about that? Basel did nothing to stop his Lynch growing until there was hardly any time left on the clock. That's not very useful.

Time is allowing Character claims so she feels quite confident we won't solve the game with them.

 

Perhaps she did give fake claims.
