Question:

 

Assassins in the Palace is normally a 7-9 player game (I think 7 is the most balanced, imo) which means it will go fast.  There are a few options, based on what you guys want.

 

1.  I run AitP with 7-8 players and the game will go pretty fast

 

2.  I could run one of my old bastard mod games.  Machine of Souls or my X-Men Apocalypse game, perhaps.

 

3.  I could create a new bastard game, but it is very likely that it won't be as good as the above 2 bastard games.

True, but only players and those who read the games know the setup....and the X-Men one was 2-3 years ago, while MoS was 1-2 years ago.  Both threads are gone (hidden by me) and are therefore not available to check.  Dunno, just a thought.  You think I should just let them sleep?  I admit I'm particularly fond of the Machine.....

Actually, I could do that as well.  If I get enough signups, I'll run 2 instances of the game one after the other.  It'll still end up being less than 1 normal Advanced game, so whoever is behind me in the queue will still have their game start pretty soon.

This is actually a tough decision.  I might see if I can rub the only 2 brain cells I have left together and come up with a new type of bastard game.  If not, I'll either run one of my old ones with some players obv not able to play, or run 2 AitP games and call it a day.

TG is up after you - you may want to PM him as he hasn't been around.

 

Kaylee and I are up after TG, we just need to PM DPR one more time and we'll be ready. As long as we have at least a week or two from this point we can roll with signups as soon as you're underway if TG isn't available to take his turn.
