Taymist is receiving the Manetheren Medal for assisting us in our usergroup changes. While many of you do not know about usergroups, these are what allow us as Senior Staff to place you in where you can see the appropriate boards for your specific position and regiment. With Tay's personal attention to our usergroups, we were finally able to dictate exactly what we want in regards to usergroups and also get everyone in the proper usergroups. As the nominee said, "Her personal attention provided us with service that could not have been attained otherwise, and spared the senior staff both in time and frustration as her help not only finished bringing the Band up-to-date, but also helped its leadership better understand some of the intricacies of the administrative process."

 

Along with the Manetheren Medal, Taymist is receiving the Luck of the DO Award for her devotion to helping the Infantry reboot and revive the Blademaster Program. This is an integral aspect of the Infantry's identity and we as Senior Staff know the Infantry is grateful to have her help, assistance and knowledge in rebooting this program.

Both, well-deserved! Thank you soooo much for your help! For those not privvy to her accomplishments, we have to go to a third party (site admins) to make changes to usergroups, and they were in dire need of a drastic overhaul, purge, and addition of members. Normally this can take several weeks, but with the extent of the changes needed, and the extreme potential for error (ever play the game "telephone"?), it might have taken months. Instead, her personal help resolved the matter in a matter of only a few days.

Oh wow. I'd say I'm speechless but those of you who know me well would probably collapse laughing and break a few ribs in the process.   I can't believe you two *points at Horn and Brid* didn't tell me this was here! Been so busy offline that I didn't see it till now. Late to my own party *sigh* lol.

 

But seriously guys none of it was any bother and it was my pleasure. I'm a bit surprised to be honest as we haven't really done anything with the BM programme yet, though we're making steps in that direction thanks to Dav's interest   and I'm delighted to see someone enthusiastic about it again. I also feel very strongly that anything regarding the BM programme is shared in spirit with Footy, Ash, Kris and Myst as it was wholly a team effort. *raises a Guiny to absent friends*
