Noldy, I can't edit my posts right now because the Reply Boxes are still acting up. I will hop on my phone and do as much as I can, but that will take time. Loading the full DM version on my phone isn't so fast.

And yea, I figured everyone knew Darthe replaced Red, but if we have any more replacements, I'll make sure it is reflected in the VC.

Started my reread. It's ten minutes to midnight so I'll probably not be able to stay awake more than an hour, but I'll get through as much as possible before I get too sleepy to read anymore and post what I have *yawns* I'm not used to drinking anymore; two beers and I get sleepy :rolleyes:

Peace I'm still waiting anxiously on your case exposing all my empty promises.

In the meantime...

First: Recap of most of Peace's actions so far:

Peace (claimed Richard Nixon)

D1: Starts off with a couple of jokey posts. Shows that he hasn't read the rules. Was against speed lynching Nol, never thought that electing president meant anything but voting. Thinks those voting Nol seem opportunistic. Votes Darthe1.0 because "You never think I am town... therefore you are scum." (wich we now know he wasn't). Says impeached presidents are not criteria for scum. Says he thinks all democrat presidents will be scum and wants all who are republican to say aye. ReDarte thought that Nixon would be scum (she also though Obama would be, so take that with a grain of salt). Tries to discredit ReDarthe "I'm just wondering why you are trying to make it look like you are bussing me?"; (sets up for ReDarthe to be lynched after he shows up as scum?) Is very quick to point out inconsistinces in Red's posts. Fishes for character reveals (#245). Discredits Red some more #251. Defends RTE when I point out RTE's potential slip. Then defends ReDarte's "slip". Urges people to vote Darthe1.0 or Rand; both of wich we know are town #321. ReDarte sees Peace's defending of her as a major scumtell due to meta. Ama votes him without giving a reason, his reaction "What do you have against peace?". Votes Red two hours before deadline, when Rand was the biggest train.

N1: Blames Nolder for the wasteful D1 #404. Makes a joke about Tiink submitting the NK.

D2:
Starts with voting Rand for P, Nol for VP, gives no reason. Nol brings up peace's D1 vote on Darthe, thinking it's a "joke vote", peace says it wasn't. Nol thinks peace is scum. Peace admits to skimming most of the game #516. Finds it strange that Nol votes him when Peace was the one who kept him from pushing his own lynch. Dice votes Peace #543, Peace finds his reason weak. Ama votes Peace with reason a niggly feeling (she never did say why she voted him D1 come to think of it). Kae votes Peace (and Player) with "both of them feel off to me". Peace thinks those with their "niggly feelings" are awfully scummy. Says if he was scum wouldn't he have a better clue what the mechanics was, and let Nolder lynch himself (No, because preventing that gives him townie cred). Votes Nol for Pres, votes ReDarte VP. Reacts when Snow points out that people are voting unattentive (voting ReDarte for vice when her train for pres is bigger) #611. Doesn't want to switch his votes. Itches about the "niggling feelings" again; tries for townie cred again by saying to Nol if he was scum he'd let hang himself. Accuses Nol of playing a gambit #629. Accuses the mods of bastard modding. Wondering what's up with all the bullying on how he's supposed to vote. I ask how many had voted him on niggly feelings; he answers by trying to imply that I'm not town for asking that #661. Darthe replaced Red and claims FDR. Peace uses his claim to try to descredit ReDarthe; since he's a "bad" president and town, a "good" president can be mafia (but only Peace knows if he's town or mafia, so... really bad argument). Voluenteers to be lynched to prove that. Could easily lynch Snow. He then says "You know what else is in Red's meta? Unfortunately quitting early in games when the heat is on and she is scum. I know she's not gonna want to read this..but it is true." # 723. Scummiest statement of the game; and really bad gameplay too. Points out that he believes it's happened twice in the past. Points out in his next post that he knows of 3 occastions distinctly when it's happened and he suspects a few more (directly contradicting himself). A few people protest that that is bad casing and unfair, he replies with #746 where he tries to soften his statement a little bit.

Why I think Peace is scum:

-He has done no real effort at scumhunting. He's focused on Darthe1.0 (wich we know was town), RedDarthe (wich we know was town), Rand (wich we know as town), and Nol. He's also very quick to snap back at anyone he feels are trying to accuse him, talk against him or vote him. I don't think I've seen him give a proper reason for voting any of them, except for my next point...

-His using Red's previous incidents of dropping out, as proof to keep voting her.

-He's using his character as evidence for him being town. I know next to nothing about American presidential history; and even I get an instintive negative association to Nixon. So far, we don't even know what kinds of presidents will be mafia, but trying to use his claim as evidence for him being town... Doesn't work for me at least

-I can't see that the's contributed to town in any positive way so far (well, he did singlehandly stop Nol form lynching himself, we mustn't forget that)

-Gut feeling. Yes, I did write that there just to annoy you Peace :tongue:

It was his using Red's previous history as evidence of her being scum that really got my scumdar pinging. After reading through and looking closely at all his interactions, that is just reinforced for me, and I know where my vote will go in the morning.

And now, I am going to bed. Stayed up 50 minutes longer than I really should have just to get this out today, if I'd left it to tomorrow Peace would probably have tried to discredit the whole thing with me breaking a promise :rolleyes:

He's focused on Darthe1.0 (wich we know was town), Joke vote, Darthe and I have been going after each other early game for several games. He got it. Why didn't you? RedDarthe (wich we know was town), Rand (wich we know as town) You also voted for both of them, I only voted for Red/Darthe, and Nol His alignment has yet to be determined. He's also very quick to snap back at anyone he feels are trying to accuse him, talk against him or vote him. Example of your use of trigger words (snap back). So, answering someone's accusations are snapping back at them? Noted. I don't think I've seen him give a proper reason for voting any of them, except for my next point...

So.... Your Darthe vote wasn't a joke vote, you say now. That is interesting, since:

Lenlo is town, red is town, mish is town, peace is town, basel is town.

Rand I am unsure of as I am with Snow.

Rest are pretty much null so far. Those are my reads.

Sorry, but you can't game the mods to make your arguments. This is incorrect.

I had given plenty of hints that day to push you all in the right direction, and some of you commented on that fact. The only portion of my post that was directed at you, and was a result of yours, was my desire to show you the door if you didn't want to play.

Saying you were the straw that broke the camel's back implies that without your straw, I wouldn't have clarified it. This is 100% incorrect. Regardless of your comment, clarification was coming as I saw how detrimental (and unbalanced) it would be for town when you all were still debating this on a two-lynch day.

My aspersions? Ha! Don't even try to go there - I have been neither unfair nor insulting towards you. I will not, however, allow you to use assumptions about my intentions as a moderator of this game to shape your arguments. I will not debate this further.

It's insulting when you state that I should have known when your Co-mod PAFO'd it. You are trying blame me (and others) for the not understanding the game when the mod created an atmosphere where it was impossible to do so. It's insulting that instead of understanding the position we were put in you continue to blame those of us who were confused. It's also insulting for blame others for not getting your hints when you shouldn't have been hinting the first place. Hints by definition are ambiguous.

I made no assumptions about your intentions. It's clear you intended to clarify a rule in the game. It's also clear that initial post contained much vitriol towards me. The "if you don't like it then get out" comment was unnecessary considering what started the confusion.

Feel free to replace me.
