Well, I'm going to start analyzing this.

Kaylee was not mafia. When people are ganging up on a person who is not mafia, the mafia, because of general strategy wants to go with them, because they want someone else to get out. This means that anyone who defended Kaylee is most likely not mafia, because they would not want to defend someone to get voted out. Basel, Kay, Len, Poet, Razen, and Alanna did not vote for kaylee and are probably not mafia. Len even defended Kaylee and some others did not believe the fast mafia lynch. Therefore, mafia can either be EP, Arez, Tress, BG, Maw, Nightstrike, and AH. (technically I would be in there, but I know I am a townie). I feel inclined to say that I think that it wasn't AH because she was sorry, but that may have been a tactic, I am not sure. Also, she's a wise one... Anyways, EP started the train and the next two people on it were Arez and Tress. In my opinion, the most likely to be mafia. As Maw said, a train building after lynch me if you must makes sense, but before it really doesn't. Also Nightstrike didn't have a reason to vote he just voted. In conclusion, mafia is most likely EP, Arez, Tress, or Nightstrike and a little less likely BG, Maw, and AH (who is least likely).

Don't know if that makes sense, just my opinion.

I haven't done this before, but I think I would agree with most of your argument. It sounds good (I'm not guilty, though) in theory, but then so did the arguments against Kaylee. Some of those who voted Kaylee must be innocent. The question is how to get to those. Aren't those who argued most against Kaylee after some had already voted the most likely to be scum? With "some" I mean at least two or three.

Right, which is why I think that you, BG, Maw, and AH are less likely. The only reason that you were in the higher group is because you didn't put a reason. However, if we assume that you voted because of the scum tell, which is likely, then you would be in the less likely group from my perspective. From a third party perspective, I would be in the less likely group as well.

There are currently two places to search for the mafia.

Those who tried to get cred by not voting Kaylee

And those who bandwaggoned on her train.

I'd be really sucpicious at how fast the train was built. First a joke vote came. Then I joined in. And suddenly we had this amount of votes.

Nope.. That's a possible scum tactic aswell. Wait with your votes until deadline, then hammer the person in question. If someone asks or gets sucpicious, you blame it on the deadline.

Happy Birthday Red! Don't feel bad I turned 35 last week. :P And though I'm sorry to see Kaylee go and lose a townie...I LOVED the LOL Scene. ^^ That was hilarious.

I agree with a lot of what Rand said, though I would also look at who hammered the vote maybe. But we'll see what night brings.

Really, you’re pretty perceptive for being new to online Mafia at least. I didn’t know the in-person game was so similar.

Thanks, I've played the in-person mafia game so many times. We had a family reunion and all my cousins came over and played mafia until 3 in the morning. Our family used to be obsessed with that game. Also, I think I am the youngest person here as a freshman.

So you're saying to look for mafia everywhere but you and EP. That is suspicious, and even if you are not mafia, doesn't mean that you've narrowed it down a little bit.

Ok lets point out the flaws in the logic here

green,(bolded) the non mafia members are less likely to actually defend Kay because we do not know whether she is or is not mafia only the mafia team would know that.

Red (bolded) is also possibly flawed the mafia team could have chosen to not to vote at all (unlikely as it piled up so fast but still possible)

blue (bolded) flawed because of affore mentioned flaws

purple(bolded) has no relevance people saying sorry has no relevance and neither does being a wiseone

green (itallics) no explanation yes I started it, it was a valid arguement at the time so I voted her to put pressure, I however did not expect that the next time I checked in she would be hammered, I am not backpedelling, just pointing out the flaws

red (itallics) so you are saying the train built before that line makes no sense? I gave a valid reason and voted based on my feelings at the time so it made sense to me.

blue (itallics) flawed for every other flaw already pointed out

quote 2 is all flawed based on the first quote

green (italics) - you do have somewhat of a point, but there is really no way to prove or support either side, so let's throw this one out

red (italics) - Kaylee had a valid reason for thinking seriously, it wasn't just her, also why would a mafia want to unvote unless to vote for someone who may get lynched

1) mafia team can defend a known townie as it makes them look more townie so they fly under the radar have used and have seen this scum tactic used in the past

4) noted joke reasoning in serious phase

5) back peddling noted

6) joke vote phase it's something that DM has there is a period of the first day where nobody makes a serious game play and as the first real thing I saw was Kaylee saying it got serious (which at that point there really was no seriousness) it made her look bad

Remember, I am a beginner in online mafia, so all my tactics are based off that. i can see some differences in 6 so I agree on that. 4 I was just trying to not be too serious and I had said that before. 5 I was agreeing with you not back pedaling. Again, first time online so i will change my mind after i learn new things. For 1 and 2, those are possibilities that counter my logic. You can go in a loop here, they didn't to trick us, they didn't didn't to trick us, theu didn't didn't didn't to trick us, but what I am saying is that my reasons are valid. besides, that went so fast that I don't think that the mafia didn't had time to think too much on what they should do and kind of just voted because they thought that would be the best thing to do.

Also, I am just following my line of logic, inaccurate though it may be. I even included myself in it. This was not something personal or anything, just what I thought was logical.

I didn't like how quickly that train builded, but I did agree that she was acting scummily. What it would have come to after that was more back and forth and circles and all around until we either decided to lynch her or spent another few days trying to figure out someone else. I thought she was scummy, and decided to save us from all of that. Call it scummy if you wish, but I am town.

Well, I'm going to start analyzing this.

Oh bless your heart Rand. Oh look at him he's so new and innocent (Sorry Rand :P )
