It's been down for a few days. I can't look anything up when I don't know what something means. And epicmafia seems to be having some difficulties as well. I can view the home page, but any try to look at a role gives me "502 Bad Gateway."

 

As I recall, a priest, being a godly man, cannot cast the hammer vote.

 

Also, someone attempted to murder me last night. Obviously I have struck the mark with my suspicions.

Well, like I said concerning Ithi, you aren't making any effort to back up your claim here. How is my remark damning? Are you trying to say that it's suspicious that I consider losing the doc so early to be a bad thing? I would consider that logic to have not only gone into left field, but to have climbed the left field wall and gone into the stands looking for the hot dog man. I think most players would view losing the doc on Night 1 to be bad, and it would in fact be damning to rejoice about it. About the only thing stopping me from voting for you is that I have voted for Ithi. If you are going to make accusations, please do so with some sort of reasoning behind them. Otherwise, I would consider such accusations, against me or anyone else, without an argument backing them up to be scummy.

Perhaps you should consult more with your Mafia Team Mates before rattling your posts off. Even if you don't like them, they can still give you help and advice. Something to bear in mind for future games perhaps.

 

They would have advised that less is more and by OMGUS voting me as a method of deflection, you have only drawn more attention to yourself.

While I am grateful for the explanation, I do find a couple of holes in your logic. Your argument seems to start wholly from the underlying assumption that my post was fake, because scum, especially newbie scum, would feel a need to make such posts. It reads more like you were presenting it to be fake and building an argument around it to back up your scummy frame-up job when challenged, rather than taking the available data and arriving at how truthful my post was as a conclusion. Logical proofs aren't meant to begin with the conclusion, last I looked. Furthermore, as I indicated to Maw in my previous post, I would find posts like his, and like your original one voting for me, to be scummy regardless of who they voted for, which means your claim of an OMGUS vote on my part is baseless. If you had voted for anyone else in the game with the exact same text as what you used to vote for me, I would still have found this suspicious enough to vote for you. The only thing here I'm not sure of is whether Maw is your scum teammate, or whether the two of you are on two competing scum factions.

You've clearly confused being defensive with being suspicious of someone. I find the nature of their votes against me to be indicative of scum. Ithi and Maw's votes reek of scum looking for someone outside of their own faction(s) whom they can paint as scum and drive a lynch against. Or did you miss that I started off my original reply to Ithi with the word "ping", which last I knew, was considered an accusation in this game?

the problem I'm seeing is that the case made on you was silly

you know it obviously

but instead of trusting that townies wont actually lynch you for something so silly you panicked and started trying to argue the logic of something that had no logic to begin with
