I'm thinking a Warder is the answer. Jailer = Warden. Then the bit about feeling the presence. Seems too easy though. I want a second opinion.

That works good. Warden is not quite warder. The Aes Sedai can feel the warder's presence.

**Update Blue Gateway Wedge**

 

 

Location of said Heffalumps are mentioned in the books. One could also say that The animals could only talk in Christopher Robin's imagination also. My how you over complicate things lol.
