You hear Admiral speaking in a low tone, but your eyes are focused on the winged horror flying away toward the mountains. The light is bad, and you can't be sure, but it almost looks like a figure is riding the giant bat.

 

 

You blurt out what everyone else is thinking...

 

"But if the master is mobile, then we're wasting our time..." Reality slowly dawns on you, "and we're walking into a trap."

 

Admiral laughs. "Walking my ass. Already walked is more like it." He shakes his head.

 

"Admiral, have you ever sen one of those?"

 

He pauses, then looks back at you.

 

"I've never even heard of one of those. We're in serious trouble, and we're getting out now, so everybody listen up. If I say run, you don't question it, just run. If I say shoot, just shoot. If I say down, you get down. Do you understand?"
