Anyways....We think Min has a finder type of role.  Probability that she was protected by the healer.  Figuring 2 mafia teams and at least 1 SK type.  The question is does Wombat have a protection, or a deflection?  Either way it alerts him somehow and either addles his brain(PR) or he's just goofy. 

 

I get the feeling he's trying to tell us something through all the gibberish.....but, what?

guys i think you're over reacting about the wombat situation.  the way he's posting stinks of a PR. the only thing that confuses me is that if its a post restriction why was he able to do one post not talking about being killed and not be modkilled for it ...

 

intersting point to bring up, using it as a scum tactic though Ed;  i rememebr that Min tried to do that lol.

Of course we care. It's just really early and I needed a cup of coffee. You bring up a good question. There is no way to prove or disprove that someone tried to kill him last night. I tend to think that he wasn't taregted because we have two other characters that got put to sleep. I think we have a mafia, a cult and a SK/Vigilante, which means only two sleeps per night. Unless we have 2 mafias and a SK/vigilante, in which case there would more than likely be three sleeps per night. I think 3 per night is a bit much even in a game this big. Huge advantage to the mafia. I don't think he was targeted, but I also don't know why he is posting like this. It's a mystery to me.

What happens if SK / Mafia / Mafia all target the same person? Does the Mod pick alternate targets or will it be a single kill?

As far as I know, the first person to target the other person gets the kill and the others lose their night action because the guy is already dead.

So that could esentially throw off the theories I have on if there  are multiple Mafias if two killers target the same person?

But really what is the likelihood of all mafias (however many there may be) that they target the same person for a NK.  The flip side is that they don't pick a person because they think the others may have selected that person.

 

There are so many different possibilities, we could chase our tales endlessly trying to find the end of the string.

Statements like that are either poking fun, or laced with some sort of truth.  If you have information on a NK, then spit it out, as NKs are the work of anti-town (usually).

Um, what?  I'm trying to dig for info for the town.  Info on who is performing NKs benefits the town waaayyyy more than anybody else.  So you think that equals "ironclad" proof?  And then you post this:

a) trying to get yourself lynched for some reason known only to yourself

b) trying to get me lynched, and making a bad case for it with absolutely zero support

c) just not paying attention to the game and making randomly bad posts

 

You pick, but either of the 3 makes you very suspicious.  I'd say you're channeling Myndrunner right now, but you might not know what I mean by that.  But preposterous statements that make no sense, except to himself, are the domain of Mynd, lol.

I feel like I'm misunderstanding your question.  The mafia known I'm town, along with everybody else who isn't mafia with them (not counting the potential for multiple mafias here).

I hate the idea of multiple mafia teams to be honest. Then again in my game the one team was dead by day two. Million the mafia team would know their members only. I don't even think they know their symp if they have one. If there are two teams they would not know each other also.

 

Oh, and Adella I think it was you who speculated about Boopsy and me being siblings. We are not. He simply didn't defend me because he knows I am telling the truth, but not how I got my information. Which is a smart thing to do. It is always best not to defend someone in mafia. Plus there are roles that you loose your ability if you say too much. He might be doing that. Oh, and the only sibling roles I have seen were both innocent I think. I hadn't considered one being mafia and the other not. Maybe I am getting the lovers and siblings mixed up in my head.

 

I will say I am rather put out that our finder is gone. It will make winning he game harder for us. We have to rely on what looks suspicious. I will say Wombat is looking weird, but I think it is a distraction.

 

Talya's supposed not noticing something seems the only really scummy thing so far today.

 

Since we have to vote or given sleeping powder by the mod I will vote for now. I will change it if something else comes to mind. I just don't want to be out here without a vote.

I doubt a bomb would reveal itself this early in the game, so I'm gonna vote [glow=red,2,300]Wombat[/glow], because his behaviour is off. Might be a PR, might not be. But highly doubtful he's gonna explode, and ruin the game. Whats the fun in doing that on day two?

I didn't mention a PR because it had nothing to do (that I can tell) with his contradicting himself by voting me on so-called ironclad evidence and then implying it was unknown.  That is scummy, and the intent of my post was to point that out.

 

My post was way more of a counterattack than it was defensive, but that is just my point of view.  Besides, the idea is to immediately point out scummy behavior, as we are limited in our info early on in games.  This provides info, even if it is the back and forth we are having now.  ;)

ok, so IF we have three anti town, killing groups, like, say, the mafia, a SK/vigilante and a cult, that means that Min/Boopsy could have been one of their NK choices and been blocked by the healer. Its not like the healer would have had a lot else to go on last night.

 

I think it is pretty safe to say that in a game this big, Lily would have had to put in a lot of Anti-Town roles just to keep things balanced.

 

Of course, this is only my second game, so I could and probably am pretty off base here.

I also think Verb's response to Wombat was kind of defensive. To me, it seems obvious Wombat is under some kind of restriction, whether that's a pr, or maybe he has some info he isn't allowed to come out and reveal. He could be trying to get himself lynched, but I wouldn't say he's doing a very good job of it.

 

I also thought Adella was acting strange, but I think you've cleared that up for me, Lily.

 

I think it's definitely possible there could be two mafias and even an SK, perhaps not an SK that can kill every night. However, I don't think that means someone went after Min/Boopsy and was blocked. It's just as likely the killer(s) decided that Min would probably draw healer protection and decided to go for someone else. Besides, we don't even actually know what Min is yet, and neither does the mafia, unless she is mafia.
